Lección 1
Earth Star Chakra
Today we explore the Earth Star Chakra known as the zero chakra, loated about a foot beneath our feed. We'll learn what this center does for us and then we will partake in a Reiki Infused meditation to activate and balance your Earth Star Chakra.

Today we'll learn about the root chakra located at the base of the spine. We'll learn what it does for us and how we feel when it's out of balance. We will then have a Reiki Infused Meditation to open and balance your root chakra.

Today we'l learn about our Sacral Chakra, what it does for us and how we feel when it's out of balance. Then we'll enjoy a Sacral Chakra Activation meditation infused with Reiki healing energy.

Solar Plexus
Today we will discover what a balanced and open solar plexus provides us with and what we may experience when it's not. Then we'll settle into a Reiki infused meditation to open and balance your solar plexus.
Lección 5
Heart Chakra
In this lesson we wil explore the properties of the heart chakra and how that feels when this center is out of balance. Then we will settle into a Reiki infused Heart Chakra Activation meditation.

Throat Chakra
Today we will discover what a balanced and open the throat chakra provides us with and what we may experience when it's not. Then we'll settle into a Reiki infused meditation to open and balance your throat chakra.

Third Eye
