Welcome to this Full Moon in Pisces.
This is a super moon and all about water energy.
So it's going to be a very emotional full moon,
Having all those emotions bubbling up.
So that's usually a sign that we need to deal with those emotions.
So will you join me in this meditation?
Find a comfortable space with a nice straight spine.
Let's take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in deeply and out fully.
Let's do that one more time.
Breathe in fully and release it all.
Start to settle into that softer,
Gentler,
More natural breath and just follow those breaths in and out.
Setting your intentions now for what you'd like to let go of and what you'd like to invite in.
Noticing at the same time any emotions coming up for you,
Any of the shadow work that we need to do.
It's always best to deal with those when they come up.
As you continue to breathe,
Set those intentions on what you will release.
And those emotions that are coming up,
You need to acknowledge those,
Feel those emotions.
And then and only then can you let them work your way through all that is coming up for you.
Now let's take a deep breath in and as we breathe out,
Release them all,
Bringing ourselves back to that comfortable space,
Bringing ourselves back to those things we'd like to invite in What new beginnings would we like to replace the space with?
What are you yearning for in your life?
Start to visualize this coming to life in your life now.
What it looks like,
What it feels like.
Feel it as reality in this moment,
In this space.
Believe it as real.
Accept it as part of you.
Allow this vision to be set in your mind so you can hold it there every day as it becomes closer and closer to the present.
Start to come back now to your physical space,
Breathing in deeply and out fully.
Start to bring some light movement into your body and come back when you're ready.
