Our emotions and mindset are so important to our success. This meditation will help you visualize your success and bring you that much closer to your new you.

Hello and welcome.

My name is Candy Foster.

I am a health coach,

A mindfulness meditation instructor,

And a Reiki Master Teacher.

I coach a lot of people on weight loss and body image.

It's always a big part of that process.

But there is one thing I've learned.

It's that it's not all about food.

Much of the progress is gained through our mindset.

I always tell clients to visualize it.

To see like we're there today.

So do you want to give this a try?

Let's do it.

So find a quiet place where you can get comfortable.

Settle in and take a deep cleansing breath in.

And release.

Take another deep breath in.

And another full breath out.

And once more,

Breathe in deeply.

And release fully.

And settle into that softer,

Gentler,

More natural breath.

And let each breath cleanse your mind a little more.

Clearing your mind of any restrictive,

Negative,

Or self sabotaging thought patterns.

Now,

I want you to allow your breath to take you to your desired weight.

Your desired physique.

Your perfect state of wellness.

See it.

Feel it.

And love it.

See that big,

Beautiful picture of how you feel when you're there.

Let that image grow in your mind.

What are you wearing?

What are you doing?

Who are you with?

Imagine all the details.

And see it all.

Let it play out in your mind like a movie.

Let it play out.

And keep re-running the movie.

Feel the sense of satisfaction and pride.

The sense of accomplishment.

The sense of joy.

The sense of wellness.

Now that you're there,

Look back in time.

How did you get here?

How did you attain your goals?

Now run this through in your mind like a movie.

Re-play it over and over again in your mind.

And watch yourself getting closer and closer every step,

Every hour,

Every day,

Week,

And month.

Allow these images to settle into your cells,

Implanting them into your DNA.

These images are now part of who you are.

As you breathe,

Imagine that DNA multiplying in your body.

Your body is changing by the moment.

And you are ready to do what you need to do.

And you and your body are now working together to get to this beautiful place.

You are ready to bring this full circle and attain your desired weight,

Body,

And wellness.

Taking back your power and your health.

It is now time to come back to your physical space.

Start to notice your surroundings and take a deep breath in and release.

And bring some light movement into your body.

And open your eyes when you're ready.
