Lección 1
Day 1: Floor Yoga For 5 Minutes
All of these lessons are simple, audio-only lessons. You only need to listen and follow along. Audio only allows you to drop into your body. You can close your eyes and follow along to the words.
In today’s video, you’ll stay on the floor the entire time. Grab a mat if you have one, otherwise a comfortable space on the floor will do. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
Lección 2
Day 2: Integration Practice For 5 Minutes
In this audio-only practice, you’ll move through child’s pose, downward dog, ragdoll pose, and mountain pose. It’s a simple practice that will get your body and breath moving. The purpose of an integration practice is to get your body, mind, and breath all in the same place.
Use a mat if you have one, or a comfortable floor space is fine. Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.
Lección 3
Day 3: Standing Sun-Salutation With Tree For 5 Minutes
This short, audio-only practice is intended to get your breath moving in a rhythm. You’ll practice a half-sun salutation standing up and you’ll end with a little balancing in tree poses.
Use a mat if you have one or a comfortable space on the floor. Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.
Lección 4
Day 4: Vinyasa Yoga Flow For 5 Minutes
In this 5-minute, audio-only yoga flow, you’ll move through child’s pose, cobra pose, cat/cow, downward dog, and ragdoll pose. This practice is simple and will get you moving and flowing with your breath.
Grab a mat if you have one or find a comfortable floor space. Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.
Lección 5
Day 5: Flow Yoga With Plank Pose
In this final 5-minute yoga practice of your challenge, we add in a little heat with a plank pose. You’ll move through a simple sun salutation and hold a plank for a count of 5. You’ve got this! How does it feel to have 5 days of yoga?
