
Tap Into Self Belief

Allow yourself to awaken your strength and personal power as you tune into your solar plexus chakra in this gentle guided meditation.
Transcript
Self-belief meditation.
Take a moment to get comfortable.
Take a seat in a cross-legged position.
On a chair with your feet flat on the ground.
Or laying flat on your back with a pillow under your knees.
Tune into your breath.
Tune into the heaviness of your body.
Notice where every single part of your body makes contact with the ground.
Allow yourself with each inhale to lengthen through the spine and the crown of your head.
And with each gentle exhale for every cell,
Every little part of your body to unwind and to melt into the floor.
And into any part that is touching the floor.
As you breathe in,
Allow your breath to completely inhale into your belly.
Expand your ribs,
Expand your heart.
Almost all the way through to your throat.
And as you can't take another sip of breath,
Then gently allow yourself to exhale through your nose.
Gently,
Slowly,
Like a gentle calm stream flowing over some pebbles.
So as you allow your breath to stream in and out in this calm,
Relaxed manner.
Tune into the softness of your body.
And as your softness awakens,
Bring your attention to your solar plexus.
Your solar plexus is a golden yellow colour.
And in this golden yellow colour,
You notice it's a fluffy ball of light.
It's a little bit misty,
You can see through it.
And with each breath,
Your golden colour,
Your yellow colour begins to grow,
It begins to brighten.
And what you see within this yellow colour above your tummy is a younger version of you.
So tune into this younger version of you.
Tune into the very first time you truly believed in yourself.
Tune into this child and what they have to say to you.
What does it take for you to tune back into this self-belief?
This personal power that you were born with?
And keep breathing deep and keep exhaling any fears that are coming up.
Exhale any resistance to this feeling.
Because as you breathe in to this golden light and as you listen in to this small child,
This small child has one piece of wisdom to share with you today.
So puff your hand out and allow this child to take a hold of your hand.
And bend down far enough so that they can speak into your ear.
And know that it is safe,
It is secure,
It is a space that you can speak freely.
It's a space that you can let go of anything you don't need to hold on to.
As the child finishes telling you what you need to hear,
Allow that message to resonate within you.
And then look over to your left side and you notice that there is a pen and paper.
Now on this pen and paper you write down a message to your future self.
This future self is you in one month's time.
What do you need to tell yourself in one month's time to allow yourself to tune in to your true nature?
To tune in to your true self esteem,
Your self belief that you can do anything that you put your mind to.
That there is not one person in this world that can talk you out of your true purpose.
It does not matter what your purpose is,
It does not matter what your passion is.
What matters is that you believe in yourself.
So write this message down.
And then you notice that there is a beautiful envelope,
A golden envelope with a stamp.
So you pop your letter into your envelope and you let that letter float away in the breeze.
Knowing that it will come to you in a month exactly when you need it.
That you trust in this divine timing.
That you trust in your innate self.
That you will receive the message at the right time.
So when you have this self trust,
When you have this self belief,
You know that you can put your next step forward in your journey.
And as you look up,
After you've written your message and let it go,
There's a small path that appears.
So you gently and carefully start walking along the path.
And you know that you feel safe,
You're supported.
And should you wish for the child to come along with you,
You can invite them along.
Hold hands,
Skip,
Have fun.
Bring a smile to your face.
And allow that joy to flow into your heart.
Allow that feeling,
That great golden light to now engulf your body.
And allow it to come off you like glitter.
And allow this glitter to be your feel good.
Your absolute happy place.
Allow your mind to be focused and calm on the present.
And if your mind were to wander off,
You can very easily come back to your breath and back to your center.
And back to your golden colored light.
Focus back in on the path.
And this path leads you to a clearing in a beautiful landscape.
A garden where you decide to take a seat.
And so can bask in the beautiful sunshine.
You feel warm,
You feel guided.
And you feel protected in this space.
When you feel safe in this space,
Close your eyes and allow yourself to gently relax.
Either laying down onto your back in a hammock.
Or just on the beautiful green grass in the landscape.
Take a moment here to tune back in to your center,
Into your core.
And allow yourself,
Every single self,
To vibrate with this joyful energy.
And to know that exactly how you are now is exactly how you're meant to be.
And that when you come out of your meditation,
You are her.
And what you're noticing in other people,
The beauty you notice in your landscape,
Is simply a reflection of you.
So notice what it is you're creating.
Notice what you're imagining.
And allow that feeling to help your heart swell with gratitude.
Allow that joyful feeling,
That smile to come across your face.
Allow that smile to be shared with the world,
To share with every single person you come in contact with.
Now very gently and very carefully,
We're going to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Back to your physical body.
So start to bring a little bit of movement back into your fingertips and back into your toes.
And know that this beautiful golden light surrounds you whenever you choose.
That this golden light,
It embodies your truth,
Your self belief,
Your motivation.
And that knowing that what you feel is your truth.
So take a moment before you open your eyes to take one more deep inhale.
And should you choose to have a stretch,
Stretch your arms up and point your toes.
And then allow yourself to gently come back into the room.
Open your eyes.
And place your left hand on your heart.
And show yourself gratitude today for being exactly who you are in your true acceptance.
In believing in yourself.

Kindly make louder voice with slow pitch or low speed like hypnosis... Everything is great in this meditation.... Music you can add like flute native etc to make more peaceful..
