Welcome to Heart Coherence Meditation.

Inside this meditation we will work together to slow the brainwaves and help them come more into balance with the heart space.

The benefit of doing this is it helps the nervous system to have a deep relaxation,

To hit reset but also to help balance out any blockages inside your energetic body.

So let's begin.

Let's begin by first finding yourself in a comfortable position.

You might feel more comfortable lying down for this or you might just be comfortable sitting down cross-legged with your back straight.

Take a moment just to wiggle out any uncomfortable areas and take a deep breath in through your nose and then gentle sighing outside of the mouth.

We're going to do two more of those in through the nose,

Nice deep breath into the belly,

Fill the lungs and then exhaling through the mouth.

Squeeze the belly button towards the spine and one more in through the nose and sighing out through the mouth releasing any tension,

Anything at all that feels like it might be resisting this process.

The beautiful thing about heart coherence is it helps everything inside your mind body and soul to come into balance.

What you'll find is this is the key to you manifesting.

This is the key to you being able to undo your own blocks in your own world in your own way.

So I encourage you if at any stage you're going off with your thoughts just bring yourself back to your heart space and back to your breath.

Now I want you to continue the pattern of just breathing in through your nose and gently out through your mouth and as you do so start to bring more awareness as to where your breath is going inside of your body.

You might notice there could be some tension through the hip or through a shoulder just gently let it go with your next exhale.

If there's any areas of pain just sending the breath into those areas.

Everything's welcome and accepted and just gently bringing the next breath to the very top of your head.

I want you to imagine that there's a lavender cloud around the top of your head and it's warm and it's gentle and it's comfortable and I want you to allow this lavender cloud to gently move down over your forehead completely covers the top of your head and it relaxes your eyebrows and it relaxes your eyes.

It relaxes your ears,

Your nose,

Your lips,

Your face,

Your jaw.

It relaxes the top of your spine through your neck,

The tops of your shoulders.

It relaxes all the way down past your heart,

Your torso in around the rib cage,

Down the thoracic spine,

Down to your lower back and your belly button,

Down into the pelvis,

Your hips,

All the way down your arms,

Your elbows,

Your wrists,

Into your hands and fingertips.

The lavender cloud now floats all the way down past your buttocks,

Over your thighs,

Your knees,

Your legs and your feet.

Will you take another deep breath in and then as you breathe out you're letting everything go out through your feet.

And I want you to imagine the energy from your body,

Any tension,

Anything you're ready to let go of goes out through your feet down into the ground.

It's very easy to let go,

You feel so much lighter,

You feel so much more free.

It feels so amazing to be here right now,

Breathing and being aware of your body.

The next step is,

Is gently breathing into the heart space.

It's gently becoming aware right in between the ribs,

In the middle of your chest cavity.

Start to become aware of your heart.

Notice if it feels warm,

If there's any colors you might see.

And just starting to notice how it feels to breathe into your heart.

You breathe into your heart in the front of the body and then breathing into your heart in the back of the body.

See if you can completely slow down your breath,

So it's the slowest breath that you've taken today.

Very,

Very gently breathing in.

And ever so gently breathing out through the nose,

Very,

Very slowly,

As slow as you can.

Just noticing what's happening in your heart.

And slowing the breath down in.

Gently breathing out.

Notice how it feels so quiet and peaceful and serene in your heart space.

I want you to notice how this feeling can spread throughout your torso first.

And let this feeling go further down the legs and further up towards the head.

This very,

Very slow breath allows that heart energy to move all the way throughout your body.

This gentle,

Slow heart allows the mind to slow down.

And you notice that every single part of your body now feels deeply and comfortably relaxed.

Your brain to simply focus on the slow,

Deep,

Methodical breath.

And now that you feel so comfortable and relaxed,

That your mind feels relaxed,

Your heart feels relaxed,

And your body feels relaxed.

I want you to bring to mind the future that you are creating for yourself.

I want you to firstly imagine the thing that you're actually really interested in.

Something that you're good at.

Something that comes really easy to you and interests you.

Imagine you doing that in the future,

In six months time.

You can affirm this to yourself,

You have solid evidence that you can do this.

And it feels really great,

This self-affirmation to be able to be interested in something and good at something.

Now I want you to bring into this picture something else that you're creating.

This could have something to do with your health,

The wealth that you're building.

A relationship or family.

Could be about the environments that you are moving into.

Or visiting.

Bring it into your awareness and I want you to pair it with the thing that you're interested in.

Notice the feeling.

Notice the feeling in your body.

This self-affirming feeling.

And as you see it,

As you feel it,

Just gently nodding your head in affirmation that this is true.

This is safe.

This is possible.

This feels so good in your body.

For this to be in your reality.

You're interested in it.

It feels great,

You have evidence.

This feels so good.

It feels so,

So incredible to have created this life.

To have these people around you.

To have the money.

To have the resources.

To have the peace and the love that you feel in your heart right now.

Affirming this to yourself and saying thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And bringing a smile to your face knowing that this is true and possible.

And affirming with gratitude.

I am so grateful for this.

Repeat it after me.

I am so grateful for this.

This life that I get to live.

This feeling that I get to feel.

There's more than enough.

I'm happy.

I am healthy.

And I'm building wealth every single day.

It is all working out for me.

Taking another beautiful big deep breath in and reaffirming this to yourself.

Noticing the feelings that you feel.

Anchoring these feelings into the body.

Anchoring these feelings with a coherent heart,

Body and mind.

Taking a moment.

Showing your body gratitude.

Showing your nervous system gratitude.

Your mind gratitude.

That this is a yes.

It feels certain in your body.

It feels so comfortable.

You feel so confident.

With every breath you take,

With every action step you make,

It moves you closer and closer and closer.

Giving yourself a moment to feel this gratitude,

To feel this peace in your heart.

Gently and slowly breathing into the heart space.

And in a moment,

Starting to bring yourself back into the room.

Starting to stretch the arms and wiggle the toes.

You can flutter your eyelids open when you feel ready.

Gently coming back into the room.

And getting on with your day,

Ready to show action,

Ready to feel this peace throughout the day.
