Manifestation Meditation For More Clients

This meditation is for people wishing to manifest more clients in their business from a relaxed and high vibration place. Enjoy while in a seated position and journal when you're finished for the best effects.

Transcript

Welcome.

The intention of this meditation is to connect you with the universe and with those clients who you know you wish to serve,

But you aren't yet serving.

Let's get started by finding a comfortable position.

Make sure that your shoulders are back and down,

That your heart is open,

Your spine is straight,

Your eyes are closed and the tongue rests gently on the roof of your mouth.

Take a moment here to take a deep breath in through the nose and then gently exhale through the mouth.

Let it all go.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and then gently exhaling through your mouth.

Start to feel into your body,

Feel into any areas of tension or resistance and gently send your breath awareness into those areas.

Breathe your breath into those areas and encourage the body to expand with the inhale and to gently let go on the exhale.

What's really important here is that you start to tune right into that deeper alignment aspect of your body.

So you need to bring your awareness to the top of your head,

To your crown.

I want you to start feeling into the crown of your head.

Allow it to open gently and picture a beautiful soft white light pouring over the crown of your head.

This white light starts to shower over you and connects you with your guides,

The universe,

Your ancestors.

Allow this white light to move down into the third eye to illuminate,

To allow you to see,

To see more than just what your physical eyes see.

Now allow the white light to move down a little further and into your throat,

Clearing any unspoken truths,

Allowing them to come forth.

Gently bringing that healing white light into the throat area.

Moving deeper into the heart space now and allow the next breath in to expand the heart space open.

Allow the white light to move into the heart.

And as the white light moves into the heart,

Allow yourself to feel at peace,

To enjoy this feeling of peace.

Next allow the white light to move down into your solar plexus,

Lighting up your personal power center,

Allowing yourself to feel in your power.

Allowing yourself to feel confident and self-assured.

Gently allowing the white light to move down the body into the sacrum,

Your area of expression,

Sexuality,

Sensuality.

Allow the feeling of pleasure,

Sensation,

A keen aesthetic joy of expression to come through.

It might feel like an unraveling,

Like a door opens,

Like a light comes on.

And next allowing the light to move down into the base chakra,

Into your sit bones,

Into the space of your womb,

Moving out through the genitals,

Down the legs,

Through the feet,

Through the floor,

Down into the earth.

Allow your energy to move down deeper,

Deeper,

Deeper until you find the core of the earth,

Connecting you with the earth star.

And then drawing up grounded energy,

Grounded nutrition,

Grounded support from Mother Earth.

So knowing you're receiving aligned and divine wisdom from the universe as well as solid support from Mother Earth,

Solid nutrients.

Everything you should need is right here,

Right now.

Letting go of anything that's taking up space that you do not any longer need.

Allow your spine to be a clear column of energy.

And now you've moved through your body and you're really in your body.

Begin to move back to your third eye.

We're going to go into a visualization.

Now I want you to visualize the next perfect client.

Your ideal client who you just adore working with.

It's like you've got a soul relationship with them.

That you are meant for them and they are meant for you.

In a platonic way,

In a value way,

In an energetic vibrational match.

And notice what their face looks like.

Notice their body language.

Notice the feeling of excitement they get when they see you and how excited they are to work with you.

And allow that feeling to drop into your heart.

That feeling of excitement that you're just as excited to work with them as they are with you.

Allow that excitement to grow.

Allow that light to grow,

Particularly from your heart.

Allow that feeling of gratitude to spread from the heart space like orbs of energy moving out from your heart.

Now I want you to start imagining the next client after that.

Just appearing either directly behind or beside your first client.

And notice the energy,

The excitement,

The gratitude,

The equal energy exchange,

The flow of energy,

The equality,

The vibrational match.

And again,

Allow this group,

We've now got three.

Allow that energy to grow.

Allow yourself to feel the gratitude,

To feel the excitement,

To feel the joy,

The prosperity,

The equal energy exchange.

And now a fourth comes in and a fifth.

And one turns into many clients.

And when you look around that first client,

There is an infinite number.

Go ahead and count how many people are there.

And smile and feel the gratitude and feel the excitement that they have to work with you.

And feel the excitement in your heart that you feel working with them.

Now I want you to start sending them telepathic messages.

These messages are thought patterns based on how you can help them.

Let them know that you are here to serve them,

That your soul and their soul are meant to be connected.

Send a message out to them that you can't wait to meet them,

That you're so grateful to have found them,

That you're so grateful of this prosperity that's come into your life.

Notice the flow of money that's coming to you and the flow of energy that resides between you and your massive group of clients.

It's never ending.

The cycle is never ending.

And anytime you might feel a slight bit of doubt or overwhelm,

Just let it go on your out breath.

Try and maintain this high vibration,

This feeling of joy,

Prosperity,

Abundance,

This self belief that you are here for them.

It's an equal energy exchange.

That your energy can hold space for this many people.

That it happens easily,

That it flows easily.

Bring back the feeling of gratitude,

Bring back the feeling of love.

And go ahead and hold on to their hands one by one and thank each and every one of them.

Thank them for connecting with you.

And invite them to step forward with an invitation.

Allow them to come in and work with you.

Invite them in.

One by one,

Invite them in,

Take them by the hand,

Allow them to step in.

And you have created your energetic container for these beautiful clients.

Now allow them in with grace,

With ease,

With joy,

From a place of love and service.

That serves them and it serves you in the highest way possible.

Hold this vibration of gratitude,

Hold this vibration of joy and prosperity in your heart space.

Allow it to grow,

Allow the light to grow.

And send it out as far as you possibly can.

Keep allowing it to grow.

Keep visualizing this growing light,

This growing group of people.

Allow it to flow,

Allow it to happen.

Keep breathing deeply,

Keep feeling that feeling of yes.

And cement that into your being that's now a belief within your nervous system.

That clients work with you,

They find you,

They're ideal and they love to feel that equal energy exchange.

That equal value exchange.

They love how much that you help them and they spread that beautiful joyful word to their people.

And the web of joy continues on out further and further.

To feel into that for another few breaths,

Keep holding that visualization of your beautiful clients.

The feeling of prosperity,

Abundance,

Joy,

The love in your heart.

The light that holds you all safely.

One more deep breath in.

We're going to start coming back into our bodies ever so gradually.

So allow that energy to start coming back towards your body.

Thanking every single person who showed up in your visualization.

Thanking the white light.

Thanking the universe.

Thanking your heart for expanding.

Bringing the white light back closer to your body.

Continuing your deep breathing in and out.

So much so now the white light is a sphere around your body.

Beginning to wriggle your toes,

A little movement through the fingers.

Noticing your sit bones.

Noticing your worm space.

Noticing your rib cage open as you breathe deeply.

Noticing your peaceful,

Joyful heart.

Noticing your clear throat,

Your clear third eye,

Your clear crown.

And feeling grateful.

Coming back into your body.

And when you are ready,

Returning to your day.
