Welcome to 10 minutes of meditation.
Today we're going on a gracious journey.
We're going on a journey together to a place where your worries just melt away.
To a place where you mean something to lots of people and most importantly we're going to a place where you make mindful and conscious connections with yourself.
So take some really nice big long deep and full inhales and exhales keeping your mouth closed just letting the breath move in and out softly and fluidly coming in through the nose and out through the nose.
We're bringing the breath deep into our belly all the way down into our pelvis letting it feel the abdominal cavity and letting it move past the diaphragm and opening the ribs up.
It's like your ribs are turning into wings that opening up allowing the air to stretch out the lungs and allowing the breath to come all the way to the top of the shoulders.
The exhale goes just the same but in the opposite direction so we're bringing it out of the shoulders first out of the tops of the lungs allowing those ribs to gently come back to a relaxed position as the air leaves the lungs allowing the diaphragm to relax and allowing the air to just gently leave the belly and pelvic cavity.
Taking the breath in again deeper this time allow the breath to move down past the pelvis down the legs all the way to the tips of your toes and notice that the breath when you're breathing this deep is grounding your feet deep into the earth.
Notice that your feet feel completely at peace and calm and solid on the ground.
Let that movement of breath come back up now let the breath feel all the way up the legs over the pelvis into the belly opening the ribs like wings past the heart to the tips of the shoulders all the way to the top of your head and as you gently exhale letting that movement of air coming down from the top of the head past the shoulders allowing them to just sink down allowing the breath to come down past the ribs letting them relax letting the belly relax letting the pelvis and buttocks relax relaxing the legs and the feet melting down ever so gently.
We're keeping this beautiful long fluid breath this mindful conscious breathing for as long as we possibly can.
I'm just listening into my voice now as you breathe every single cell of your body is becoming gently cleansed.
Imagine you can see every single tiny cell of your body like it's a little pixelated picture on a television screen you can see every single cell of your body there and they're all just waiting for a gentle little cleanse they're waiting to be cleansed so that they can become energized so that they can become filled with light so that they can feel completely at ease completely regulated and completely centered and calm.
So bring yourself and focus on just one of those little cells as you breathe in and we're just focusing on a beautiful little shield almost like a fluffy cloud is coming to cleanse and move around that little cell.
This particular cloud is bright white.
Once you've got the hang of moving that cloud around that one cell just try moving it around another one and with each inhale and exhale notice how beautifully energized each of those cells feel that they are vibrating at such a higher rate that they are joyful and bouncing around.
Notice now how your cells feel as you allow that beautiful bright white cloud to cleanse every single cell with every single breath you take.
Consciously move the cloud around your body and concentrate on any areas that you know you're tending to hold tension or maybe there's just a sensation there right now.
Is there a lump in your throat or is there a weird feeling in your tummy?
Go to that place.
Send the breath there.
Send that beautiful cleansing cloud there and just ask those cells to gently cleanse and heal and restore.
With each breath this beautiful cloud you notice you're starting to feel lighter.
You notice every single part of you is floating up into the sky and the gentle breeze moves you around and although you're out in the open sky now there is absolutely nothing to worry about.
You have not a care in the world and even when thoughts pop up about different things that you need to do or that might be worrying you they very swiftly just float off in the breeze.
Just let this cloud carry you to whatever destination you wish to be going.
Let your imagination run wild here.
Really let yourself trust your own bright white cloud.
Just keep floating and with every thought with every little twinge or sensation that you're feeling just keep letting it go.
If it's something really major maybe you're holding on to something just in your mind's eye take a look in your hands.
Hold it out off the cloud and let it go.
Let it roll away.
There's nothing here that can bother you.
There's nothing here that can worry you.
There is only healing,
Cleansing,
Beautiful energizing energy around you.
Just let yourself float along and let your imagination take you to that place where you feel completely happy.
Be surrounded by people where you're completely happy.
Where you feel that deep gratitude for the abundance of love in your life.
Just allow yourself to really feel this.
Notice what's around you.
Notice what you can touch,
What you can feel,
What you can taste and see.
What does it look like?
What can you hear?
Really bring this feeling into your heart.
Hold on to that beautiful piece of gratitude,
That beautiful scene,
Your happy place.
And when you're ready we are going to just gently bring your cloud all the way back into the room.
Every single one of yourselves feels completely at ease,
Completely relaxed and completely restored and nourished.
Know that you can come back to this happy place,
This place of ease whenever you wish.
Just take one more deep inhale in and as you exhale you're opening your eyes.
