But I always had I guess it's easy to learn about things but it's a different thing to actually practice them and embody them Embody them with your emotions,

Embody them with It's so difficult sometimes to do that yourself It's very easy to intellectually put it in your head and understand the concept,

But actually embracing that concept in a way that your emotions are changed,

Your focus is changed is a completely different story So how many of you are familiar with the law of attraction?

One example for me was to manifest the place where I live in now with my wife,

We sat together,

We did a creation together we described the space really clearly,

We said the emotion about why we need that space how is that space going to make us feel,

How is that space going to make us feel better and create more and be happier and then literally a week and a half later Samantha was walking and she saw a sign and then we just came into this place and it was the place we asked for So that was one very specific example I manifest my last job before I retire,

Next job of my 30 year career,

On my first flight to Alaska I kept waiting on,

I have manifested the job and I got it,

The basic steps of what you did to be able to manifest that Before I get started with the lesson today,

How it works,

So the first step is to.

It's to really identify what is it that you want So I manifested my piano,

It came to my house,

I asked the universe for it and it came for free Amazing,

I actually got a piano too a few weeks ago and we have one in the living room It came so fast I wasn't sure I wanted to move,

But I just did it,

I'm glad I did it Can't wait to buy,

Busy,

Prices kept getting cheaper but waited too long and would I'm getting worse,

Sit on flight in the middle,

I have back issues So I stopped worrying about being in the middle and put myself in the confidence and feeling space of having emptiness around me and asked for it and got it Amazing,

So you got it,

You let it go,

Right?

You trusted,

Step one set the intention So Roxane,

Step one you have to set the intention What is it that you want,

Right?

And then once you get clarity,

Step two is to give it your desired attention You have to give that desire your attention,

Your positive attention,

So you have to,

Step one you have to gain clarity You have to really understand what do I want and why,

How do I want to feel?

So once you identify that,

Then you have to give it attention,

You have to give it emotion That's step number two,

Okay?

And step number three,

You have to allow it You need to allow that thing to come into your life,

Okay?

So step one,

Identify your desires and gain clarity Step two,

Give that desire your attention And step three,

You need to allow it into your life,

How do you allow it?

By not having conflict thoughts By not having limiting beliefs,

By not having things negative self-talk in your mind that is saying You don't deserve that,

Who are you to have that house?

Why do you need a new job?

All that garbage that is inside us limiting us If we cannot get rid of that,

We won't be able to allow that thing to come into our lives,

Okay?

So today we are focusing on step number one,

Okay?

So I have read a bunch of books about the law of attraction That is,

How to allow,

There are a lot of content out there,

But I went to my library and I found this book,

Okay?

And I was reading the book and I found it really simple and really practical And this is what I love from these sessions I try to make them very practical,

Very simple so that you guys can take action And today we are going to do an exercise to help you start gaining clarity,

So I want to share a few things from this book before we get started For those of you who are not familiar with the law of attraction This is one example of the law of attraction working,

Right?

How many times you have had someone in mind,

Okay?

You have a person in mind,

Oh I wonder how Steve is doing,

I wonder how Mary is doing And then all of a sudden he calls you or she calls you And then you tell that person,

Wow,

Like you call me,

Like out of the blue I got a call from this person Or that was such a coincidence,

Or this is karma,

Or this just fell into place Or so much luck I have,

Okay?

That was meant to be,

Or this is such a synchronicity All those expressions that we have in our day to day lives That's the law of attraction working,

Okay?

Because you are putting your intention into something and then all of a sudden When you can allow that to happen,

It just comes into your life And then you are kind of surprised,

It's like wow,

What happened here?

So that's one simple thing that you can start noticing in your life,

Right?

You start noticing what's coming into your life The author of the book is Michael J.

Lossier If someone can type that in the chat that would be good The name of the author It's actually in the description of the life today,

It's in there,

Okay?

But there are a lot of content about the law of attraction out there But I found this book very easy to get started with That's why I'm shining the light on him And shining the light on this book because I really loved how inviting it was to take action Okay?

So the law of attraction states that we are all energy beings Okay?

Energy beings Do you guys agree with that?

Do you guys agree that we are all energy?

We are all vibrating Yes or no?

Yes?

Yes?

Yes?

Okay So if you look at an atom that is the smallest part It has a nucleus in the middle And then it has a bunch of electrons kind of circling around Okay?

So if you really look at that,

There is a lot of void in there There is a lot of emptiness in there There is not really something tangible So what's holding all of that together is just energy So everything is flying around the nucleus of the electron And if you were to amplify that image I think it will be amazing how much empty space is in there So the only thing that is holding that together is energy Okay?

And then think about water We are all water Like 70%,

80% water And what happens to the water with the influence of the moon?

For example,

Tides Okay?

The moon has such a huge influence in the water And produces these huge tides That every 8 hours they change That's all the energy from the moon,

The magnetism from the moon Changing the water,

Right?

So what happens to us if we are 70% of water?

And then think about when you are meeting someone new How many of you have a gut feeling?

How many of you have a sensation of Wow,

This person feels so good I feel so good in this person's company Or sometimes it's like I don't know what's with this person but I just don't like it at all I just don't feel comfortable here So how many of you have those feelings?

And so many times we are disconnected from them Because we are too busy We are not paying attention Okay?

We are just busy doing physical things But when we start paying attention on how we feel How space feels How many of you have gone into a coffee place?

You just go in there,

You are stressed You just want to relax,

You go in there and then you enter And then that place is like beautiful It's just calm Beautiful art on the walls,

Everything is minimalist Beautiful table with a candle You sit down,

There is a little flower there Background music And you just feel like amazing And your energy all of a sudden raises And you just say I just don't feel stressed anymore Like how many of you have felt that?

Okay?

So all those things are When I don't listen to my intuition I always regret it Roxanne,

Absolutely We all get aligned with what we want With how life kind of flows through us And anytime we try to go against that flow That's when we are frustrated That's when we are like not flowing It's not simple and easy So that's what the law of attraction talks about That our thoughts,

The way we feel Can attract more of the same kind Okay?

So this is the definition of the law of attraction According to this book I attract to my life whatever I give my attention,

Energy and focus to Whether positive or negative Okay?

So think about one silly example Okay?

How many of you maybe You want to buy a car And you were not aware of what kind of cars were out there And then you start researching cars And then all of a sudden you decide about a car that you want to buy And this can happen with other things too So once you decide of your car The color that you like How many of those cars with the same color You start to see driving past you All of a sudden you start noticing that specific car Yes or no That happens to me I wanted a specific van And all of a sudden I saw them everywhere Before I never saw them But they were in front of my face All the time But I wasn't connecting I wasn't resonating with that Because I wasn't paying attention Because I didn't have the clarity of I want that in my life Okay?

And then that happened to me with a van I realized I want to have a Volkswagen van Because that's going to allow me And I connected with the emotion Wow,

It's going to be amazing I'm going to have weekends away I will be able to sleep anywhere I want That's going to make me feel more energetic More creative I'm going to be a better person My partner is going to love it I can invite friends So I started to connect with that And then I started to seek for a van And I had a very tight budget All the vans were like 15,

000 and up And I wanted to spend 8,

000 max Guess what happened?

I was on my way to see a van That was out of my budget But I went to see it I got lost on the way And when I got lost I saw the van I bought I saw a van for sale That it didn't look like what I needed But I stopped I looked And it was a specific model that I wasn't aware of And it had everything I needed And it was 6,

500 euros Instead of 8 or 15 So I called the guy And then I bought that van I had it for 3 years in Barcelona And then I sold it for like 10,

000 dollars 3 years later So that was the law of attraction really working So start thinking about your life Start reflecting about Anytime you got something that you wanted How did it happen?

So start noticing those things So the law of attraction talks about Positive and negative emotions So we all once we gain clarity You can connect with the negative stuff Or you can connect with the positive stuff For example if you are trying to attract more money into your life You can connect with the positive of Oh I'm gonna have enough money to do anything I need It's gonna be great I'm gonna feel amazing You are going to connect with that The other side of that is Oh I never will have enough money I don't know how to make it happen Every month I am lacking I'm always overspending So you are connecting with the negative I do that a lot by the way When finances I'm always connecting with the worst case scenario And my wife is bananas She goes bananas with me Cause when I get in that state That's a limiting belief I have inside of me And when it shows up When it gets triggered by something Sometimes I have a hard time getting out of that I have a really hard time getting out of that I just get down that rabbit hole And I start going down to like Oh my god we are gonna die We are gonna be kicked out of our house I won't have any more students It's so stupid but it's so real I feel it's so real That it becomes my reality And what do you think I attract into my life When I am in that state Do you think I'm going to attract abundance Or do you think I'm going to attract Luck Uncertainty What kind of experiences do you think I'm going to attract into my life When I am in that state What do you think I attract into my life It's hard to be positive when you have had a terrible heartbreak and betrayal Absolutely I get that Emilio Longhead believes about money and heartbreak Emilio you can remember your Absolutely It's so easy to remember the things It's true but it's also And we have so many programmings inside of us That doesn't allow us to actually Connect with the positives Because we are so influenced By how things should be Ok?

So again some negative emotions That you can connect with are Disappointment Loneliness Luck Sadness Confusion Stress Anger Hurt So those are some negative emotions That you can connect with Ok?

Some positive ones can be Joy Love Excitement Abandon Light Comfort Confidence And affection These are just some examples ok?

Yes our brain has a negative bias I too have noticed that it's when I'm feeling great I'm attracting great but when feeling awful And stay in that feeling I attract awfully Absolutely and that's true that's fact That happens Sometimes you say I started my day with the wrong food And that day just caused bananas And some other days you say wow today feels really great And all of a sudden your day becomes a great day So Lisa says if I visualize positive things People are nicer to me Lisa because you are connecting So visualization meditation All these affirmations All these tools are going to help you connect With the possibilities Connect with the abundance Connect with what you want Not what you don't want And this is what we are going to be doing today It's going to be a really great exercise guys I loved it Ok?

So another wonderful quote The law of attraction responds to whatever vibration you are Ok?

Sorry whatever vibration you are sending By giving you more of it Whether it's positive or negative It simply responds to your vibration Ok?

So basically what this is saying Is that If you choose to connect with the negative You are going to get more of that negative If you choose to connect with the positive You are going to get more of the positive Because realistically speaking you are going to be paying attention To that Giving more of it means that If I'm feeling lonely And I choose to stay in the loneliness Then I will get more loneliness Because my actions,

My beliefs,

Everything Is going to attract loneliness When you are feeling lonely and you just don't get out of that state How likely are you to go out and seek for friends How likely are you to do something fun How likely are you to be inspired to try something different Very uninspired right?

So you are going to get more of that More of that,

More of that If you try to connect with Ok I'm feeling lonely now And I want to say that Guys there is nothing wrong with feeling these feelings ok?

Sometimes they are necessary Sometimes you need to hold space for yourself And let those feelings come out And you have to let them be there Because they are there for a reason I'm not telling you to just shove them inside the closet And forget about them I'm telling you to start becoming aware of Wow I'm feeling lonely today And then you start thinking why am I feeling lonely today Wow I'm feeling lonely because My family is really far away,

They are in Spain I'm feeling lonely because my daughter is not seeing my mom It's been almost two years I'm feeling lonely because I really miss seeing them and spending time with them I'm feeling lonely because my good friends live there too And I didn't see them in over two years right?

So I can,

That's healthy I'm understanding,

I'm becoming aware And I'm allowing this sadness and loneliness to be there Because it is true,

That's what I'm feeling That's what's true to my heart right now But that doesn't mean that that's going to condition me For the rest of my week and day I don't choose to stay in that state forever I accept it And then I think is there anything I can do To make myself feel better I live in Canada,

Roxanne And my parents are in Barcelona,

Spain So I'm putting my attention to those feelings But I don't stay there forever I will say okay I understand I'm feeling this way That's normal,

Sometimes you just feel that way But I'm trying to connect with the opposite I don't want to feel lonely anymore So I'm going to do something to stop feeling lonely I'm going to focus on what can I do right now to feel better So I'm going to do a video call with my parents So I do that and then I start feeling wow connection They are nice,

I share a video of my daughter So I start connecting with the possibility And start connecting hey guys COVID is almost over Flying is becoming easier We're going to soon go and see you And Eva is so excited We're going to do this and do that So I'm starting to connect with the possibility With what I want I'm starting to connect with what I want Not staying in thinking about what I don't want You see the process And then once I start focusing on the possibilities What do you think is going to happen Most likely I'm going to feel inspired to do more video calls I'm going to feel inspired to look for flights I'm going to feel inspired to find options And eventually that will happen Because that's what I'm trying to attract So just think about that When you put your attention and focus too You are going to receive more of that So this is another great chart That the book shares And this is the observers The observation cycle they call it So step number one You are observing something So you observe what you receive And you have in your life Whether it's positive or negative So something shows up in your life And you are observing that thing Step number two While you are observing that You are sending a vibration Either positive or negative So you either love it Or you hate it Or you don't like it So that's a vibration that you are sending Step number three Says the law of attraction Responds to your vibration That you are sending So if you are sending positive vibration Or negative vibration The law of attraction is going to resonate with that And the step number four The result of that Is that you will get more of what you were vibrating Whether positive or negative So this is the cycle that happens So you observe something in your life And then you either feel positive or negative about it And then when you are feeling positive or negative You are focusing your energy in that And then the law of attraction will respond by giving you more of that And then you will start the cycle again So until you don't stop that cycle And you set the intention And you choose to focus on something different This is the automatic patterns that we all have in our heads This is the automatic pattern regarding money I know my triggers I always heard Money is hard to achieve Work is hard And it requires time and a lot of hard work that you don't like That's what I always heard from my parents Making a living is hard Working you need to work long time to make good money Stuff like that So now I am an entrepreneur I am embodying what I want And here I am 8 years later having my own business Still struggling through the same beliefs Still struggling through when I am not working one day during the week I feel guilty I feel like,

Emilio you should be doing something each Tuesday It's not Sunday or Saturday What are you doing?

You have to be working 8 hours a day at least And it's like,

Why?

Why do I have to do that?

But that's my pattern running in my brain And then I have to become aware of it I have to change it And then I have to start telling myself No Emilio,

You can do something different Working money in your life doesn't have to be hard to get You don't have to work 40 hours a week to make a good living You can work 20,

10 or how many hours you want You will find a way to make that happen if you really want to Ok?

So that's a really good example of how things work And if you are always observing but you never set the intention You are always a victim of your circumstances To put it plainly,

You are always reacting to what life is giving you But you never change that,

Right?

You have to fake it until you make it Are you guys familiar?

Yes So what does that mean?

That really means that you have to connect with that reality Okay,

You have to really feel how it will feel So that you can start behaving,

Doing the activities Changing the habits And start taking the action required for you to stay there But if you don't connect with that new reality You will never change your habits You will just stay where you are,

Placebo effect,

Absolutely Someone tells you this is a magic pill And it's going to solve all your problems You take that pill and you believe so much in that pill That your belief is going to change the physiology of your body That's a great one How can that be?

So these are some examples of How you can start switching To stop focusing on what you don't want Gain clarity and then name And focus on what you really want And then the book says that any time you use Don't,

And no You are attracting that You are attracting what you don't want Because you are putting your attention into that So for example Don't get mad Versus please don't panic I am not blaming Or no rush,

No worry Or don't hesitate to call me So all these things are examples of things that you Don't want,

But how can you How can you Turn them around?

So these are some examples on how to turn things around,

So for example You have,

Don't hesitate to call me Instead of saying that,

You can say Please call me soon So what do you really want?

You want them to hesitate?

Or you want them to call you soon?

Don't panic Versus stay calm Stay calm Don't forget Versus remember to Okay?

So these are just some examples on how We are focusing on the negative The things that we don't want And how we can rephrase things So that they become positive Okay?

We are downsizing on some of the items I must get rid of,

I'm not young So I change the idea of decluttering my things to Editing my things A positive spin on donating items Yeah!

Absolutely And you can take it further and then Start connecting with The possibility that everything that you are donating Connect with Wow,

That thing is gonna go to a thrift store Someone is gonna find it,

They're gonna feel so good Because they were looking for that thing And then that thing is gonna have an amazing new life In a new home It's gonna be honored,

It's gonna be displayed It's gonna be used and loved It's not gonna go to the landfill So start connecting with that positivity And then all of a sudden decluttering becomes an amazing journey It's not decluttering,

It's like I'm giving a new life to all the things that I no longer need Okay?

So it's a win-win You are letting those things go with love With gratefulness And you give them a new life And your intention is so pure and loving And at the same time you are gaining space You are gaining clarity And you are going to do the things that you love Versus being cluttered by things that you no longer need So,

Yeah,

That's a great way of turning something negative Into something positive Thank you so much,

So that's something that works for me I have a lot of negative in the dialogue about The betrayal I faced with a husband of three decades I asked how could I have been so wrong So Roxanne,

That's a clear example of the past Weighing on you and you learn how to Protect yourself in a specific way That right now it is not serving you anymore But you are still grabbed into that Because that's what works for you at that moment So I will invite you to do lots of practices Self love,

Sometimes grabbing a pillow And just screaming into the pillow like a maniac To release that energy Stamping your feet Having someone hold space for you And you having a tantrum And just act how I was acting with my voices Like,

Try to get everything out of your system Try to really explode Let everything happen,

Just let it be And then just hold it there And just try to do that as many times as you can So you will start feeling relief You will start releasing that energy That stuck belief Those things that are hurtful,

Those things that are triggering you in so many ways You have to find a way to let them go So hopefully that's helpful And hopefully you can get started doing something like that Decision making is hard Do I travel to Greece?

And then just visualize yourself there Maybe watch a documentary about Greece And then see yourself being there And then what would it look like if I moved to Hawaii?

Or if I moved to Spain?

Or if I stayed here?

Start connecting with those realities Just for the fun of it And then you will find clarity I promise you will And then you will start connecting with whatever you resonate the most with I feel so fostered I feel like I might be able to love,

Accept and allow myself to forgive my mistakes And be happy Amazing As fostered,

Say I always have time To explore new places With curiosity Not being able to get into nature I always have access to nature Doesn't matter where I am And I can promise you,

Doesn't matter where you are You can find nature It's there Maybe it's not the Amazon forest But you can find nature and you can start connecting with that Okay?

Accept and allow myself To forgive my mistakes And be happy Love,

So the goal of this exercise Is for you to start Focusing your attention energy Into the things that you want Not the things that you don't want Because the law of attraction Is going to give you whatever you resonate If you are in a negative state And you are focusing on the negatives Of something that you don't want You are going to receive more of that If you are focusing and connecting Emotionally with what you want You are getting more of that Okay?

So for example I don't have enough money Versus I have an abundance of money I always have bills to pay Versus bills Are paid easily and quickly Okay?

So these are just some examples I went through similar but Got out after 10 years,

Tried everything Therapy,

I could finally go And move on when I forgive him Resembling is what Vines and hurts even though We are no longer in this situation anymore Sandy,
