Since he was little, Emilio Jose Garcia had a passion for helping others unlock their potential through organization, minimalism, and self-care. In 2008, he started his minimalist journey that transformed his life forever. In 2012, Emilio started helping individuals just like you create a great lifestyle by optimizing their time, space, and energy. He has developed a proven and practical step-by-step method that includes the physical, mental, and emotional angles in the basic areas of life. A great course, however the title is misleading. This is a well-being 101 course, and many practices are contrary to minimalist philosophy and/or lifestyle (most obvious example: making maximalist lists and calendar blocks to try fit everything and anything in your life, and only prioritise when it fails to fit).
