Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out through the mouth.
And do that two more times.
And again,
Breathing in as deeply as you can.
And breathing out To calm and stabilize the mind,
Let your breath return to a normal pattern.
Breathe as feels natural.
For every breath in.
Say the word inhale.
For every breath out.
Say the word exhale.
When the mind wanders,
Which it will.
Come back to the words,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Place your hands on the heart and notice what's there.
And there's often everything there.
Everything runs through the heart.
We're here to feel every emotion.
Acknowledge that so much of what's outside of you is healing.
We think of the world as unexpected or dangerous.
And the world does have so much uncertainty it is unpredictable and yet so much of what's around you is healing.
The sky is healing.
Nature,
All of it is healing.
Poetry,
Mythology,
Art.
There's always kindness in the world which is healing.
Think to so many things around you that are healing to you.
That you have access to no matter where you are.
Music.
Gentle speech.
Movement.
Dance.
Think of all the things around you.
That are there,
That are there in almost every place.
And that are healing.
And as you feel your heart.
Acknowledge.
That your own energy.
Is healing to you.
Your own honesty is healing to you.
Being connected to yourself.
Something we can do always is healing to you.
A lot of what's outside you.
Is healing.
Everything inside you is also.
When you place awareness on your body,
That's healing.
When you do.
Anything with a compassionate intention.
That's healing to you.
When you breathe deeply,
That's healing.
When you send gratitude that's healing.
When you just allow yourself to be where you are.
And be as you are,
That's healing.
When you rest,
That's healing.
So much is healing outside you.
So much is healing inside you.
Everything that resonates calls you back to a sense of home.
Every time you're honest with yourself.
That calls you back to the divine in you.
Place your hands down.
And allow yourself to feel in awe of this human condition.
We have so much freedom.
There is so much inside us that is a mystery to us.
So much outside of ourselves that's also a mystery.
And yet we get to inhabit it?
With awareness.
And every single day.
Connects us to our energy.
Connects us to our intention.
And every single day.
We can have more love in our hearts.
Just where we are.
To the people,
Places,
Activities,
Things around us,
All the time we can love more.
Whether it's a park or a forest.
Whether it's loving dance or loving a spiritual practice or loving a book.
Or loving a child.
Sending more compassion to yourself.
Or being fascinated by a work of art you see.
And sending gratitude that you get to see it.
Every day you can love more.
Every day you can find joy more.
Every day the world can feel more like home to you.
As you welcome it with open arms.
And take a deep breath in,
Take a deep breath out through the mouth.
