Hi my friend,

Begin to land here,

Maybe that means you close your eyes,

Place a hand or two over your heart,

Encourage your breath to deepen,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Let yourself unwind here.

I know my friend it's easy to forget who we are,

It's easy to slip back into that old narrative or believe everything our inner critic says about us.

It's time for you to remember who you are.

You are an incredible human.

You are seen,

Valued,

Worthy and appreciated.

You are enough,

Just because you are you.

Notice how those words land with you.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale release.

It's ok to forget.

It's ok to forget all that you are.

But may you take the time to walk back home to your heart and remember you.

When you remember who you are,

You can feel empowered.

Allow yourself to just see you right now.

You work so hard,

You do so much.

Acknowledge all that you are and feel how this helps you remember who you are.

Steady inhale,

Steady exhale.

May you doubt your doubts.

All the voices in your head that tell you you cannot.

May you remember you can do anything.

You are capable.

You have everything you need within you.

Feel this remembering,

This returning to your deep knowing of who you are.

Stepping back into your power.

Breath in,

Release.
