It's okay to not feel okay,

It's okay to have big feelings,
To react in certain ways that maybe we're not proud of.
All you can do is choose how to respond to you and hold yourself through it all.
Steady your breath in,
Steady your breath out.
You do have the power to return back to a calm,
Steady state,
To move out of fight or flight and into a parasympathetic,
Resting,
Peaceful state.
Gentle inhale,
Slow exhale.
With every breath you take,
You can bring in new energy.
With every exhale,
You can release what you no longer need to hold on to.
You can let go here.
I invite you to experience VU breathing.
On the exhale,
Let go of what it sounds like.
How does it feel?
Inhale,
Feeling your own vibration.
This is steadying your nervous system,
Releasing tension.
Inhale,
Softening the muscles in the face and body.
Inhale,
Finding a little sway as you release.
Inviting in new energy,
A new state of being.
Inhale,

Exhale,
Softening the muscles in the face and body.
Just a couple more,

Breathe in.
Maybe you feel like you're floating.
A little lighter.
Maybe you'd like to take a couple more rounds on your own.

Notice what you feel now.
