The furthest place from your mind.
Feel your feet rooted on the ground beneath you.
Ground is not moving.
Unwavering.

Breath in.
Exhale.
Feel all your focus root into your feet,
Into the earth.
You don't have to hold your anxiety alone.
Can release it down into the earth.
Let it flow through you and out of you.
Right now is happening.
The past is gone.
The future.
Has not happened yet.
You can be here and just be without it all.
Inhale deeply.
