Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down.
Ensure that you won't be disturbed during this meditation.
Once you're ready,
We'll begin.
Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths in and out.
With each breath,
Let go of any tension or stress you may be carrying.
Feel your body relaxing,
Becoming present in this moment.

Now,
Imagine an object before you.
It can be any object you like.
For this meditation,
Let's choose a beautiful rose flower.
You can visualize it in your mind.
But remember,
We're not just going to see it,
We're going to feel it.
Imagine reaching out and touching the petals of the rose.
Feel their softness,
Their texture.
Bring the rose closer to your face and take a deep breath,
Inhaling its fragrance.
Let the scent of the rose fill your senses.
As you continue to feel the presence of the rose,
Allow all other objects and thoughts to fade away.
It's just you and the rose,
Nothing else exists in this moment.
Your entire awareness is focused on the beauty and presence of this flower.

Let's go even deeper.
Leave aside the feeling of the rose,
As if you're gently putting it down.
Release the sensation of touching,
Smelling and seeing the rose.
In this space,
Feel the absence of all other objects,
Thoughts and distractions.
There is only emptiness.
Now,
Let go of even the absence of other objects.
Release the concept of emptiness.
There is nothing,
No object,
No absence.
Just a pure,
Unoccupied consciousness in this stillness and emptiness.
You've arrived at the essence of your being.
This is your true nature.
This is your true nature.
You are one with everything,
And everything is one with you.
Your pure consciousness,
Your inner self.
It's a state of complete presence and awareness,
Free from all distractions and attachments.
As you rest in this state of pure awareness,
Realize that this is the core of your existence.
It is the same consciousness that permeates all of creation.

Slowly start to become aware of your physical body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes gently,
Coming back to your physical presence.
Let's conclude this meditation with a loving kindness practice.
As you sit here,
Still connected to your inner self and the world around you,
Let's extend this sense of love and kindness to others.
Begin by thinking of someone you care about deeply.
A friend,
Family member,
Or loved one.
Picture their face in your mind's eye.
Now,
Silently send them your warmest wishes,
Repeating these phrases to yourself.

Feel the genuine love and well-wishing you have for this person radiate from your heart to theirs.
Imagine them receiving these blessings and feel the connection between you growing stronger.
