This is No. 7 of 112 guided meditations from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra by Shiva. In this practice, you gently connect the third eye (intuition) with the heart, using subtle awareness of the breath to enter deeper states of clarity and presence. Through attention to the intangible breath, the meditation supports conscious sleep, inner insight, and a calm relationship with dreaming and deep rest. The practice also opens the heart through loving-kindness, allowing compassion to expand naturally toward all beings. This meditation is best practiced before sleep and on a half-empty stomach, ideally around 4 hours after your last meal, when the body is light and the mind more receptive.
