This is Caitlin Clark.
Welcome to this meditation on connecting with your intuition.
Often we walk through our days led by our logical mind,
Moving seamlessly from one task to the next,
Striving to reach our goals,
To live our life to its fullest.
Especially in moments of stress,
Confusion,
Constriction,
Or fear,
It can be helpful to connect in with a deeper knowing,
Something below the logical mind.
This meditation is designed to help you connect in with that deeper knowing.
So much information is processed outside of our conscious awareness.
If we are willing to pause and listen,
We have greater access to the knowledge that will ultimately guide us to the life we dream of.
One of peace,
Ease,
Joy and creativity.
There is so much we are capable of having if we are willing to listen.
Let's begin by becoming quiet and still,
Finding a comfortable position seated or lying down,
Allowing your eyes to come to a soft close or gentle gaze,
Shifting your attention away from your external landscape toward your internal landscape.
Notice all of the places that your body is touching a surface that is supporting it,
The floor,
A chair,
Another part of your body and allow those places to settle more fully,
The entire earth rising up to support you.
Invite gentle deeper breaths into your abdomen and chest with each breath coming more fully into your body,
Into this moment.
Long,
Smooth inhalation,
Tension releasing throughout your entire body with each exhalation.
Smooth and easy breathing.
Bring your awareness now to your brow,
The space just above your eyebrows.
Place one hand on this space so that your palm is connected to your forehead.
Feel your presence there.
Feel warm,
Healing energy from your hand flowing into your head space.
Breathe into this space.
With each breath,
Feel your brow softening.
Notice your mind beginning to slow.
With one hand remaining on your brow,
Place your other hand on your abdomen,
The space between your navel and pelvis.
Feel your presence there.
Feel your belly making a gentle contact with your palm with each inhalation,
Belly gently falling away with each exhalation.
Smooth and easy breathing,
Filling up this space,
Your Hara space,
The space,
The seat of intuition,
Of trust,
Of creation.
Allow your awareness to rest here,
Filling with healing energy and light.
Feel the channel of energy flowing down from your head into your Hara space and back again.
This conduit of healing energy,
Head to Hara,
Hara to head.
Smooth and easy breathing,
This channel of healing energy flowing freely.
Bring all of your attention once more into your brow,
Feeling the connection between brow and hand.
And then gently bring this hand down to your heart center.
Your bottom hand remains connected to your Hara space.
Top hand gently making contact with the space at the top middle of your chest.
Feel your presence there.
Connect with your heart.
Palm against chest,
Gently rising and falling as your lungs fill and empty of air.
Feel now the channel of energy flowing up from your Hara space and spilling into your heart space and back again.
This channel of energy filling with warm healing light.
Smooth and easy breathing.
Energy flowing freely now between your Hara space and heart space.
Bringing all of your attention now into your heart space.
Breathing with intention into your ribs and chest,
Filling this space with loving attention.
As you approach your heart or arrive there fully,
Turn your inner ear of listening toward your heart space and ask any question you are seeking the answer to.
Notice that the answer may have already arisen before you have finished asking the question.
And if nothing arises,
This too is your experience and it is perfect.
Being open to whatever is here now.
Trusting that all of the answers will come to you in perfect timing.
Your question may be something related to your career or purpose or how to work through a conflict or bring more ease into your life.
Whatever your question,
Listen with openness for the response.
It may come in the form of a whisper,
A clear shout,
An image or knowing,
One word or even another question.
You remain open to whatever comes with curiosity and openness,
A gift from beyond the logical mind.
Staying in this place of deep connection with your intuition.
If it feels right,
You might begin to form some intention of how to bring this new knowing into your life.
What commitment would you like to bring into the coming moments and days in order to live more in line with your heart?
If no message arose,
Perhaps you can set an intention to pause and tune into your body on a more regular basis.
This may be done through gentle movement,
Dancing,
Yoga,
Listening to this meditation again or simply placing your hand over your heart and connecting into your breath.
Each breath an opportunity to reconnect with your deepest knowing at any moment.
Simply bringing your awareness back now,
Back into your present time and space with gratitude for all healing and messages that came to you today.
Feeling once more all of the places where your body is touching a surface that is supporting it.
Invite some gentle deeper breaths into your abdomen and chest,
Gently re-energizing the body.
Affirm that as soon as you set an intention,
It is already happening,
Already true.
Invite small movements into your fingers and toes,
A slow awakening.
Notice sound in your environment,
Color and light behind your closed eyelids.
And when you are ready with no need to rush,
Gently allow your eyes to flutter open,
Coming fully back to your wide awake,
Eyes open,
Heart open state of awareness,
Grounded in your intuition,
Ready to step into the life you imagine.
