Yoga Nidra is an ancient healing practice shown to help us ease anxiety, restore energy, and instill ease by helping us connect to our deepest sense of self. Before you begin, take some time to get comfortable, laying down or seated, using blankets and pillows for support to really allow you to settle in for deep nourishment and healing.
