Coming to a comfortable seated position or laying down taking some gentle deeper breaths to come more fully into the body into presence.

On your next exhalation letting go of any tension or holding that is no longer serving you in this moment.

Allowing your awareness to settle into the breath.

Your breath like the ocean.

Coming in and out.

It's rhythm calling to you.

Settling into your own heart.

Your own body and breath.

With each inhalation and exhalation.

And as your attention begins to wander away into a thought.

Another sensation in your body or a sound in your environment.

Gently bring it back to your rhythmical steady constant already happening breath.

Just like the ocean rising and falling.
