If you find yourself awake at night with a busy mind, this Yoga Nidra practice offers a gentle pathway into rest. Through guided awareness of the body, breath, and subtle sensations, the nervous system begins to settle and the body can move naturally toward sleep. You may practice lying comfortably in bed or on the floor with a blanket for warmth, as the body often cools as it relaxes. If sleep comes during the practice, simply allow it.
