Step out of your roles and set down your obligations as you enter the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation invites you to rest while gently exploring the body, breath, emotions, and awareness itself — reconnecting with the wholeness that is always present beneath the activity of the mind. You may practice seated comfortably or lying down. If lying down, placing a pillow beneath your head or knees and covering yourself with a blanket can help support relaxation, as the body often cools during deep rest.
