Rachel Edge is the owner and creator of Loving Wings Wellness, a space dedicated to nurturing mind, body, and spirit through intentional movement and mindful living. She is a certified yoga instructor through Chattanooga Yoga School and Yoga Alliance, and she brings a deep sense of compassion and presence to her teaching. In addition to her work in wellness, Rachel is also a dedicated middle grades English teacher, passionate about guiding young minds through literature, self-expression, and personal growth. Her unique blend of education and holistic wellness allows her to support others in cultivating balance, resilience, and connection both on and off the mat.
