Anu Gupta is an award-winning author, educator, lawyer, and meditation teacher working at the intersection of neuroscience, contemplative practice, leadership, technology, and social healing. He is the author of Breaking Bias (2024), with a foreword by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, which offers a science-backed, compassion-centered approach to transforming division, discrimination, polarization, and burnout. Over the past decade, Anu has taught mindfulness-based practices to more than 100,000 people across business, healthcare, education, law, philanthropy, and government through his organization, Be More with Anu. His work helps individuals and institutions cultivate resilience, clarity, compassion, and wiser decision-making by integrating attention training, nervous-system regulation, and contemplative wisdom into everyday life and leadership. His partners include organizations such as Google, HSBC, and the American Medical Association, among many others. Anu is a longtime student of Buddhism and the Self-Realization Fellowship, with more than 10,000 hours of silent retreat practice across the United States and Asia. He is a 500-hour certified yoga and meditation teacher, a lifetime fellow of the Mind & Life Institute, and a graduate of NYU Law and Cambridge University.
