Identifying Your Unique Qualities

Using your journal to list your Uniquely You qualities, I will guide you through the process with suggestions. Working with our Chakras as a guideline to narrow down some of these fabulous qualities. From the Earth Star Chakra to the Soul Star Chakra.....how are YOU UNIQUE?

Lektion 2

Your Top 3 Uniquely You Qualities

Using your intuition, it's time to select 3 of your Unique Qualities. It's time to expand! How do you shine with each of these qualities? Get specific and detailed with relation to YOU and your specifically Unique Qualities. Embrace your twist on these qualities! See you in the next lesson!

What's Hidden?

Do you have some Unique Qualities that are hidden? Let's do a brief visualization to dig some of those hidden qualities out of their hiding places. Have you been told that you are too loud, sensitive, outspoken, quiet, sexual, the list goes on? Identify and write down some of the hidden qualities in preparation for the next lesson.

Flip The Script

Using your Hidden Qualities list, we will transform the vibe from anything negative to celebrating the Uniqueness of YOUR Qualities! Moving from the hidden powers to the Super Powers of what makes you so Unique! Let's Flip the Script!

Being Inspired By Others

Is there someone you admire who is living uniquely, authentically in their own power? Can you find the connection between who you want to be as a person and this person's qualities? What attracts you to them? Can you fuel yourself based on the inspiration that you feel from this person?

Lektion 6

Releasing The Fear Of Judgment

Can you release the fear of judgment from others or even from yourself? Let's hone in on some of your Unique Qualities and how to fully embrace, expand or deepen them. Choose one to start and see how many you can work with! Gain some ideas of exactly how to take action without the fear of judgment!

Lektion 7

Embracing & Celebrating The Unique You

It's time to bring it all together and wrap up the Uniquely You Course. Gather all of your notes from the previous lessons and create a descriptive, exciting, and powerful statement CELEBRATING and EMBRACING the UNIQUE YOU! Read the page out loud with your back straight, shoulders back - proud of your Uniqueness!
