You are an artist and your life is one giant art gallery. This 5 minute meditation kicks off your spiritual gym practice by teaching you how to recognize the beauty all around you.

You Can Do Anything For One Day: Setting Intentions
A simple, yet profound habit that will help you stay the course and generally live a more fulfilling life is the practice of setting intentions. Intentions allow you to go about your day with clear goals instead of taking everything as it comes. Intentions also train your brain to stay conscious and present in the moment instead of succumbing around on auto pilot while you're unconscious mind runs amok.

Each one of us has countless things all around us at every moment to be in awe of. To be grateful for. To be so thrilled with our own reality that we could squeal in delight. Things that motivate us to be a better version of ourselves. To be in love with. The only thing standing between you and gratitude is your attention.

Confidence isn't a life skill you need to acquire. It's already inside of you. It is you. All of the doubts, judgments, and fears you have about yourself or learned over time. They are no more the truth than monsters under the bed or bedtime stories. This 5-minute meditation reminds you that you are here to be the one and only YOU!

Repetition Is Reality: A Message + Journaling Prompts
If you’re serious about changing your life, you will always find a way past all of your obstacles. And if you are sort of serious about changing your life, you’ll find an excuse. We get extremely defensive about our excuses. Our excuses free us from taking responsibility for our lives. Excuses also help us avoid facing our fears and stop us from opening ourselves up to all of the unknown possibilities that can only reveal themselves if we let our excuses go. This message + journaling prompts will help you do just that.

One Year From Now: A Visualization Meditation
If you don’t practice visualizing your future self, here’s why and how I’d recommend you start. Having a clear vision of the future helps you get clarity on what you want your life to look like, and also what may be keeping you from achieving it right now. This visualization meditation is one of my favorite practices to step into the future version of yourself just 1 year in the future.

Just Let It Go: How To Forgive & Move On
“Holding onto resentment is like taking poison & waiting for your enemies to die.” We prolong misery by holding onto our ill feelings, venting about them over and over again to other people, and replaying in our minds the many reasons why our enemies are wrong and the many reasons why we’re right. Re-living our worst moments over and over instead of letting them go. Picking at an emotional scar and refusing to let the healing happen. When you want retribution, or an apology, or to be acknowledged as right. But what you actually need... is to let them and yourself off the hook. This bonus track gives you a perspective shift on how to do just that.
