Transcript

Timing is everything.

And being in gratitude for your time helps you to see what's already there,

So you can enjoy where you are,

From where you are,

To allow yourself to experience what it is you are looking for,

While you look for it,

To swim in it,

Before it even arrives.

Today we're going to practice focusing on what's right in front of you,

Rather than what you're trying to achieve.

It's time to start giving yourself credit for all of the small steps you've been taking along the way,

And it's time to recognize how hard you have been trying.

Take a moment to soak in the stillness,

Letting your eyes gently close,

And just take this moment to let your body shift and center,

Noticing for a brief moment what the natural rhythm of your breath feels like,

Feeling whether your breath is quick and shallow,

Or if it has already deepened,

Realizing now how every breath your body takes for you is a gift,

In a way.

And as your breath continues to calmly connect your body and mind,

I want you to think of something you're committed to achieving,

Something you have been working towards,

That was once just a thought or an idea,

But the more you have been working toward it,

You're starting to really feel like this is possible,

And it's going to happen for you.

As you bring this accomplishment to the front of your mind,

I want you to feel into your body,

Noticing if you are experiencing tension in any areas,

Feeling if your heart rate has picked up,

Noticing your breath,

If it has quickened just a bit,

And feeling into your belly,

Noticing any butterflies,

Excitement,

Or even any anxieties that are now present.

As you feel into your body,

Take this moment as physical proof that things are aligning for you in spaces and places that you can't see.

You should be so incredibly proud of all the progress you have been making,

Especially the progress that no one else has seen.

You can be proud of where you are in your journey right now,

And know that you still have more to do,

Because where you are at right now,

In this moment,

You are already on your way.

Things started to move into motion the second you made the decision to try.

There is a past version of yourself that is so proud of where you are at right now,

And how far you have come.

One day you will look back and be so thankful that you didn't give up,

That you kept going even though it was hard,

Because you made it through.

You are already accomplishing great things,

Everything you have been searching for.

It's right here,

And it's yours to enjoy right now.

The secret to having it all is knowing that you already do.

It’s no accident that I found this meditation. I opened the app and I thought I was going to participate in the challenge that I’m currently participating in. I begin the meditation, and it didn’t sound like the intro to the meditation challenge. I think it’s complete divine timing instead. This meditation was wonderful. I’ve been on a journey of a physical challenge the past 6 months. Healing from a broken ankle, two surgeries to fix, and lots of physical therapy. It’s been the most challenging time trying to walk again. The past month or so I’ve really seen the progress I’ve been visualizing and working on. I’m walking with little aid, and getting better every day. Thank you for this encouraging meditation!🙏🏻❤️
