Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.

Before we get started,

I want to remind you of something.

The universe,

God,

Spirit,

Though it may go by many names,

It does not take without giving.

It does not leave you empty.

It always finds a balance in the scales within you.

For each thing it destroys,

It creates.

For all that falls apart,

Something comes together.

So maybe just for today,

You could trust the timing of your life.

The right things will always find their way.

The universe,

God,

Spirit,

It never misses.

So take a deep belly breath in and exhale.

I'm going to say a few calming affirmations for you to hear.

And after I say each one,

I'm going to leave a little pause for you.

The pause is a space for you to just breathe,

Or to say them back in your head,

Or out loud.

Whatever feels right for you.

I breathe in calmness and I release my tension.

I am in control of my thoughts.

I can slow down.

It doesn't have to be done all at once,

Or maybe even done at all.

I can feel myself unwinding.

I am steady,

Like my breath.

I can prioritize my own health and happiness above others.

My destiny is in my own hands.

I have the power to change my life whenever I want.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

You are one of the many reasons why I believe in beautiful souls,

In kind hearts,

And in good energy.

I hope you never stop being you.
