Those last few quiet moments in the morning before the sun and everyone in your house rises for the day,

Before the coffee machine starts to warm up.

Gift yourself just a few more quiet minutes.

Begin this meditation while you are still lying in bed before completely awakening to the day.

Take a moment to feel your body resting.

Feel the fabric you are experiencing around you.

Notice how it feels to slowly drag your fingertips over each bump and fold of the sheets beneath you.

Feel how the temperature of the fabric changes as you move.

Experience the beautiful luxury of waking up slowly.

Sit in silence a moment longer.

Feel the softness in the mattress that has been supporting your body while you've slept.

Notice how it continues to still support you now.

Feel a heaviness in your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Holding your breath at the top,

And slowly exhale with a deep sigh.

Let your breath start to flow without any restrictions as it finds a natural rhythm.

Stretch and reposition your limbs as you welcome them into a new day.

Let your awareness center into how your body feels right now as you wake.

Feel a strong connection still to the dream world.

A world of limitless possibilities where you can effortlessly live out your most intimate desires.

Feel the subtle power still within you.

Power which you can do anything and be anything.

Rest your hands onto your sacral chakra,

On your stomach right below the belly button.

With your next inhale,

Feel the power of your breath as you breathe in deeply and exhale.

Let your breath become both nourishing and life-affirming for you in this moment.

You are here.

You are you,

Exactly as you are in this moment.

You are a powerful creator of your own realities.

You are free to choose how you will feel today,

What you wish to experience.

Turn your reflection inward and bring your highest self into focus.

Notice how you are confident in who you are.

What are you motivated by?

How do you carry yourself?

Tune in to any other qualities that you envision your highest self to have.

Feel inspired by these qualities and know that you see them in yourself because they already exist somewhere inside of you.

They are already yours to use.

You have the power to choose who you will be today.

Today,

You will feel strong.

Today,

You will feel confident.

Today,

You will feel motivated.

Whatever you want to feel most today,

Make it known to yourself in this moment.

As you let this feeling course through every cell in your being,

Take another deep breath,

Holding firm at the top,

And exhale,

Letting go of the pressure of being anyone other than who you already are.

As you let go of your breath,

You let go of any specific expectations or outcomes today.

You let go of feeling like control provides you safety.

You let go of any pressure to perform to feel accepted.

Today will be about you and your commitment to yourself.

The commitment to being kind to yourself.

To being true to who your highest self already is.

To being authentically you.

You are meant to experience life today exactly as it's about to unfold.

You can let go of controlling any reality that exists outside of you.

Because the only thing that you have control over today is how you act,

How you react,

And your internal peace.

You are worthy of love,

Of loving yourself.

You have the knowledge that you have full permission to be entirely you.

Start to bring awareness back into your body by wiggling your toes and your fingertips.

Allow yourself to feel a sense of giddiness at the excitement of a brand new day.

A day full of openings and possibilities.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and welcome yourself into another beautiful day.
