Confidence isn't a life skill you need to acquire.

It's already inside of you.

It is you.

Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.

All of the doubts,

Judgments,

And fears you have about yourself were learned over time.

They are no more the truth than monsters under the bed or bedtime stories.

They are simply a mental construct.

Did you know you are perfect exactly as you are?

You are here to be that you.

That is you.

And there is no wrong way to be you.

Even if you tried to be someone else,

You're still always being you.

So let's gently close your eyes and find yourself here with me in a moment of stillness.

And breathe into your beautiful heart.

Allowing each inhale and exhale to clear a little more space inside of you.

Breathe into your beautiful mind.

Can you feel the life force that is you pumping through your veins?

You are spectacular.

You are unique.

You are the total essence that is you and only you.

It is estimated that there are billions of human beings living in the same breath you and I are sharing.

And yet there is and will ever only be one you.

You are someone worth appreciating.

So I invite you to take one hand and place it gently over your heart.

As I say a few words and I leave space for you to say them back.

I am someone worth appreciating.

I am someone worth celebrating.

I am someone worth loving.

And just take a moment to keep your hand on your heart now.

And to really feel it as we say them one more time.

I am someone worth appreciating.

I am someone worth celebrating.

I am someone worth loving.

All of these words are true.

They're not made up or false.

Each one of them is true.

And each one of them was written for you to hear and to experience today with me.

So take a final deep breath in.

And exhale.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes and come back to the world that is so lucky to have you in it.
