This module begins with a brief teaching on the neuroscience of morning anxiety, followed by a soundscape composed specifically for those first waking moments. Simply listen, then press play. For many people anxiety arrives before the day does. Before the alarm. Before the first thought forms. A heaviness in the chest, a tightening before anything has even happened yet. This soundscape was composed for exactly that moment. Nothing is asked of you. Simply lie still, put on headphones, and allow the sound to do what the anxious mind cannot do alone. Module one of six. Overload - Gentle Sound For Midday or Evening Overwhelm & Sensory Relief
This module begins with a brief teaching on sensory and cognitive overload, followed by a gentle midday or evening reset soundscape. Simply listen, then press play. By the middle of the day the nervous system has often taken in more than it can comfortably hold. Screens, decisions, noise, demands, other people’s needs. This is sensory and cognitive overload — the nervous system reaching its capacity. Everything here is warm, safe, and gentle. Nothing is asked of you. Simply close your eyes, put on headphones, and allow the overwhelm to have somewhere soft to land. Module three of six. Simply listen and relax. Ideal for midday or evening overwhelm, sensory overload, decision fatigue, burnout, and any moment the day feels like too much.

3am - Gentle Sound For The Night Spiral & Sleep Return
This module begins with a brief teaching on the 3 am anxiety spiral and its neurological causes, followed by a soundscape composed specifically for this hour. Simply listen, then press play. You know this hour. When the mind finds everything it has been too busy to worry about during the day and begins, methodically, to work through all of it. The 3am spiral is one of the most universal human experiences and one of the least talked about. You are not alone in it. You have never been alone in it. You do not need to solve anything tonight. Not one single thing needs to be resolved before morning. Module four of six. Someone is sitting with you in this. Ideal for insomnia, night anxiety, 3 am waking, racing thoughts at night, and anyone who has ever felt most alone in the small hours.

The Hum - Sound For Chronic Low-Level Anxiety & Background Tension
This module begins with a brief teaching on chronic low-level anxiety - one of the most common and least addressed presentations in clinical psychology — followed by a soundscape composed for that specific experience. Simply listen, then press play. Not every anxiety announces itself with a racing heart. For many people it is quieter than that. A constant low-level tension that never fully lifts. A hum beneath everything that makes true rest feel just out of reach. The hum does not have to be permanent. Sometimes it simply needs somewhere safe to rest. Module five of six. Let the background become warmth instead of threat.
