Lektion 1
Starter : Anger At Yourself
Anger is an emotion that can eat away at our heart. Imagine the irony then if we can use the actual metaphor of eating to allow anger not only to dissipate but also to ensure it doesn’t quite affect us in quite the same way ever again. The occasions when you might use this recipe is perhaps when you are disappointed at your behaviour, embarrassed at your performance or annoyed at missing an opportunity.
Lektion 2
Main Course : Anger At Someone
This anger may be directed at an individual or any number of people. Unlike the starter recipe which helped with anger at yourself, you may initially think you have little control over this type of anger as the source of anger is external to you. The thoughts generated by this type of anger can easily ruin your days and keep you awake at night.
Lektion 3
Dessert : Rage Against The Machine
This recipe is especially useful if you feel that the world seems out to get you, if you feel isolated or perhaps if you are angry or frustrated that other people seem to have it easy. If you are angry at yourself or someone else, at least you can direct your rage in a certain direction. When the system is against you, it is much more difficult.
Lektion 4
Petit Fours : Changing Your Vibration
This is a bonus guided meditation designed to take you to a level of vibration such that you simply cannot get angered again when somebody crosses a boundary. See this lesson as some petit fours you might have with coffee, or even a liquor, at the end of a meal.
