In this lesson, you’ll explore where the fawn response comes from. You’ll be guided to connect compassionately with your younger self and begin seeing that these patterns are not your fault.

Reclaim your presence, energy, and authentic self with this guided somatic practice. Lying on your back, you’ll be guided through big belly breaths, snow angel movements, the starfish pose, and jaw release. This somatic practice helps you take up space, release tension, and reconnect with your body and nervous system in a safe, empowering way.

Learn how the fawn response affects your boundaries and voice, and practical tools to reclaim them. You’ll discover how to notice your body’s cues, honor your needs in small everyday decisions, and practice saying no with confidence and compassion. In this final lesson, we’ll explore what it truly means to move beyond survival and step into your authentic, sovereign self. Through reflection, guidance, and a powerful guided visualization, you’ll strengthen your self-worth, honor your boundaries, and embody a life of freedom. You’ll also discover that when you live authentically and honor your own needs, you not only transform your own life, but you positively impact those around you, raising the energy and vibration of the world far more than people-pleasing ever could.

Thank you for this course. I haven’t come across a lot of healing the fawn response so I’m grateful to hear more. I’m still healing the frozen muscles in my face that I identified as my ‘people pleasing’ muscles long ago. This has been helpful 💕
