This practice is inspired by the concept from Ayurvedic medicine that anger, frustration, or irritation can sometimes be caused by an overabundance of pitta, the element of fire, in the system. After a cooling breath exercise, imagine yourself in a cool, dewy forest, dipping your tired feet into the beautiful, healing, cleansing waters of the forest.
