Divine Healing Meditation Welcome,

I hope you enjoy this meditation.
It will last about one hour and contain a medium amount of guidance or talking.
This meditation will guide you into a state where you can experience divine healing and deep inner peace.
Allow me one minute to briefly introduce this meditation and describe what we'll be doing.
First,
We'll focus on relaxing the body.
This not only helps to relieve tension,
It also promotes deep healing and the opening up and clearing of the subconscious mind and stuck energy blockages.
After relaxing the body,
We'll open up our mind,
Body,
Spirit,
Emotions to a deeply healing divine white light.
And we'll fill all aspects of our being with this light.
And let any dis-ease,
Negative thoughts,
Worries,
Negative emotions,
Relationship issues,
Or energy blockages of any kind to be completely healed by this light.
We'll then bring this light into our heart and allow it to expand into all areas of our lives outwards.
Then we'll connect to spirit,
God,
The divine,
And surrender all of our faith to spirit to do the healing.
This meditation will use the word spirit,
God,
And divine and universe interchangeably.
Let's begin.
First we'll start by beginning to relax the physical body.
Because without relaxing the physical body,
It can be quite challenging to reach a state of deep and profound and comprehensive inner peace.
So go ahead and begin to scan your body and find any areas of tension.
Is there any tightness anywhere in particular?
Maybe in the neck,
Or the shoulders,
Or the arms,
Or the hands and fingers.
If so,
Find these areas of tightness and begin to one by one focus on relaxing those muscles and body parts.
Tightness is often a sign of stuck energy,
Or subconscious thoughts and worries and negative emotions.
Just by physically relaxing those areas,
You allow those energies and thoughts to process out of your system.
You can intend for any tightness to just go out the top of your head and leave your body going back to the divine,
Or God,
Or the universe to be healed.
Some people may find it useful to feel like there's space in their body,
Like it's not so tight,
And instead it's open and relaxed.
Some people enjoy feeling like the weight of gravity is pulling all of their muscles and body parts towards the ground,
Towards the center of the earth,
Like they're so loose that they can feel the weight of gravity on every cell or every muscle of their body.
See how relaxed you can become,
Scanning for any remaining tension.
Some people,
When they relax,
They feel heavy.
They can feel the weight of their body on the chair or the ground or the bed.
They might feel like they weigh a thousand pounds.
Others might feel very light,
Like a feather.
Others might feel tingling energy in their toes and fingertips,
Or in the crown of their head.
For some,
It's helpful to become aware of the muscles of their eyebrows and their cheeks and their jaw.
Just let those become very relaxed,
Very heavy and soft and supple.
And if you have any distracting thoughts,
That's okay.
That's part of the process.
Just return your focus to relaxing your body.
A very helpful place to relax is the muscles that you use for going to the bathroom.
If you bring your attention to that muscle and check that it's nice and relaxed,
That you're not holding on or tensing in that area,
That it's just nice and relaxed.
And the same with your legs,
All the way down to your toes,
Scanning for any tension and feeling as if that tension melts away.
If any of that tension feels a little stubborn,
Just bring your awareness to it.
Stay focused on it and gaze upon it,
Intending for that tension to sort of spread out and dissolve into nothing or into space or into pure relaxation.
And doing this from your toes to your feet and your heels and your shins.
And your calves and your knees.
Wonderful,
Lovely space in your knees.
Calmness in your knees.
And in your thighs.
Making sure you're in a comfortable position where you can completely relax.
Not forcing yourself to do anything.
This is a time for you to be at peace completely.
Moving up back through those muscles in the hip area that you use for going to the bathroom,
Relaxing those again.
Keeping all these muscles relaxed as you move up to the area below your belly button,
Where the ovaries might be for women.
Relaxing that area,
The lower part of your belly.
So your intestines have some space.
So they're relaxed.
As you relax like this,
You might have some air moving and that's good.
This relaxation is excellent for digestion.
Now relaxing the area of and above your belly button.
People who do a lot of mental planning and thinking about the past and future tend to carry a lot of tension in this area.
Allow this part of your belly to just extend naturally.
Relaxing your belly,
Loving your body as you do and all that relaxation you're doing in your belly.
Doing it in your back as well.
Your lower back.
Your middle back.
Your upper back.
Relaxing your shoulders and your arms all the way to your fingertips.
See what you feel there in your fingertips.
Any tingling.
Any vibration.
Any space or heaviness or lightness.
Enjoying what it's like to bring this state of relaxation and peace and stillness to your body.
Feeling that as you do,
You're bringing stillness and relaxation and peace to your subconscious mind.
And as you relax and you let go of your ordinary concerns and thoughts,
That your body gets a chance to heal,
Your mind can become organized,
Your entire system can become refreshed and restored.
And without thinking about your life,
Knowing that when you go back to it,
You'll go back to it with a new mind,
With new potential,
New opportunity,
New creativity.
And continuing to relax your shoulders and your chest.
Letting the weight of gravity pull these down naturally,
Feeling that.
You might feel your body twitching a little.
You might feel energy moving up your spine.
You might feel emotions opening up and being expressed.
This is a good sign of stuck energy moving.
This is a good sign of healing and processing.
Just relax and observe and enjoy as this happens for you.
Without you having to control.
There's no need to control.
In fact,
Just getting out of the way allows all this to happen for you.
Taking a moment to appreciate that irony,
That metaphor of how surrendering can be freedom and healing.
Continuing to relax our neck and our head and the back of our head,
Our jaw,
Our eyes,
Our ears.
Feeling as if there's weights hanging from our ears,
They're so relaxed.
And our scalp,
The way to a point,
The very top of our heads.
And if your mind wanders,
Just become aware that it does.
It's completely okay.
Just observe.
As soon as you notice,
Go back to relaxing.
And next,
Feel as if a beautiful white light is shining down onto that point at the very top of your head.
And feel or become aware or visualize or sense or even hear,
Taste or smell that this light,
This pure healing,
Divine,
Intelligent,
Loving,
Caring,
Beautiful white light shines down into you and through you.
On your spine,
All the way down to the center of the earth.
Feeling anything and everything in its path and bringing light to any and all blockages,
Livestock energy,
Misunderstandings,
Anger,
Sadness,
Fear,
Memories.
Trauma,
Dis-ease,
Negative karma.
Allowing this light to illuminate you and shine down upon you.
From above,
Like a great,
Divine spotlight that surrounds you and your entire aura.
Shining down upon you to the center of the earth.
Feeling everything in its path into harmony.
Harmonizing you.
Harmonizing your life.
Harmonizing your relationships.
Taking care of all your perceived problems.
Letting this light illuminate your brain,
The space behind your eyes,
The inside of your head,
Behind your nose,
Your mouth,
Your throat.
So that this light even pours out of your ears.
Feeling fulfilled by this light.
Lingering in this healing experience.
Allowing it to last.
Letting this light fill your throat and reach your heart.
As it reaches your heart,
Expanding out from your heart in all directions in a great ball of light that quickly fills your entire body and surrounds you at the toe and beyond so that you and your entire aura are now in a sphere of this white light.
Surrendering to this light.
Giving all of your faith to this light.
This light that brought you here.
This light that created you and has always been with you.
This light that is always there for you.
And this light that is you.
Feeling the love and the wholeness and the union with this deepest part of yourself.
Feeling this light coming in through your crown and also emanating from your heart.
Letting go of every detail from your life.
Knowing that this light and this love is all there really is.
Knowing that this light and you as this light will continue when all those other details fade away.
Knowing that this light and you are constant and resonating completely with this light.
As you allow it to fill and guide your completely relaxed physical body,
Mental body and brain.
Mental body and spiritual body.
Letting any thoughts that come up be dissolved in this light.
As if you're standing right up against a huge movie screen that is white.
And all you can see is white.
And in this white light you can sense,
Feel,
Become aware of,
Be fulfilled by.
And resonate with the beautiful love of the divine.
Of Christ if you wish.
Of your favorite archangels.
Of your favorite deity.
Of any god or sage or buddha that you resonate with.
Or with the highest expression of the universe and energy.
Or with your soul.
And by resonating with this light.
Surrendering all of your perceived worries and problems and concerns to this light.
Because they are so petty in comparison to the truth of this light.
Having faith,
Absolute faith in this light.
That everything is taken care of.
Having this light be your guide.
Your teacher.
Your companion.
And the highest expression of you.
And surrendering to this light.
Like laying down in the giant palm,
In the giant hand of god.
Allowing yourself to be picked up and carried away in the wonderful,
Comforting palms.
Of god.
Allowing them to sweep you away and carry you.
And heal you.
Having that total,
Deep,
Profound,
Comprehensive,
Loving inner peace of laying back in god's palm.
As if you were laying back on a picnic blanket on a beautiful day in the park.
And allowing yourself to realize that you can live life from the palm of god's hand.
From the divine.
From the light.
From the creator.
From the love of the quantum field.
And trusting that although you may not understand,
It is always loving you.
Watching you.
Supporting you.
And unfolding for you.
And giving way in your life to a deep,
Never-lasting inner peace.
That this always is,
Was,
And will be.
And letting yourself bask in that feeling.
Letting your mind go completely blank.
Like a big,
White rectangle just filled with white light.
Overflowing with it.
So that the white light goes beyond the bounds of the rectangle and fills all available space.
So that your mind is white light completely.
As you surrender to this total inner peace.
And I will give you some time to stay with this feeling.
Now we'll prepare to bring this feeling back.
So that when you return to your conscious state,
That you integrate this inner peace into your life,
Into your waking state,
And into your day.
And remember the feeling.
Remember all the white light.
Remember it filling you all around.
Remember the surrender and the inner peace.
Feel it emanating from your core.
Feel it all now.
And sear this experience into your system so you never forget it.
So that you can reference it at any time.
By simply recalling the truth,
The essence,
The wholeness and the oneness of this feeling.
Of this state of being.
Of this everlasting divine union that you are.
And know that when you open your eyes,
You will be bringing this light with you.
And when you do your chores,
You will be carrying this light with you.
And it will be emanating from inside you,
From your heart.
Into everything you touch and interact with.
Into every thought and person you think about or come into contact with or speak to.
Into every memory and into every idea or imagination.
Into every thought that you cast about the future,
Into all areas of your life,
Aspects of your being,
Layers of your system,
Levels of your consciousness and dimensions of reality.
About all time and space and forever.
Because you are this light.
And so go and be this light.
And know that when you open your eyes,
You will be bringing this light with you.
