Hi,
My name is Andrea.
In this meditation,
We are going to identify if a feeling is ours or not as an empath.
I know from personal experience,
It is very easy to take on a feeling that is simply not ours.
So we are going to identify if it's ours or not and release it back if it's not.
So to get started,
Get into a comfortable position,
Whether it's seated or laying down.
We are going to begin by taking in a couple of deep breaths.
So inhale in.
And exhale.
Inhale in.
And exhale.
Inhale in.
And exhale.
Now I want you to pull up the feeling that you are experiencing right now.
I want you to pull that feeling into your heart.
And then ask the feeling,
Where did you come from?
Whose feeling are you?
Sometimes all you will receive is a simple,
Not yours.
It may not be identified.
Sometimes you will find the answer of whose it actually is.
Give yourself time to hear this answer.
Now,
If that feeling is yours,
I want you to sit with it and ask it what it wants you to know.
If it is not yours,
I want you to imagine a ball of energy in front of you.
It can be whatever color,
Size,
What you want.
Imagine that ball pulling out the emotion from your body that is not yours.
When it is complete,
I want you to toss that ball up into the sky and watch it dissipate.
Now we want to replace that feeling with one of your own.
Choose love,
Happiness,
Joy.
Place it in your heart where that other emotion was.
Now slowly bring your attention back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Take one final deep breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Now let's take a deep breath in and out.
I want you to notice that there are emotions that are still there.
It might have been more than just one.

And replace it with positive energy.
