Now call to mind something that you desire.

Allow yourself to feel all the emotions around this desire.

Now ask your intuition who or what may be blocking you from obtaining this.

Now ask how should you release these blocks.

Now ask to be shown what steps you should take to get what you desire.

Now take a moment to tune into what fears come up when you think about taking these steps.
