We will connect to spirit,
Spend some time in gratitude,
And become more mindful.
I would encourage you to have a journal handy for any thoughts or guidance that you receive that you want to write down so you don't forget.
So let's begin by getting into a comfortable space for you.
Begin by taking a deep,
Restorative breath.
Inhale,
Allowing it to fill your lungs,
Bringing with it energy for your day.
Exhale,
Allowing calming energy to join the vibrant energy from your inhale.
Inhale,
Allowing the oxygen to wake you and nourish your body.
Exhale,
Any tiredness still with you.
Inhale,
Positive energy to start your day.
Exhale,
Any anxiety you may have around your day.
Take some time now to breathe at your own pace,
Being mindful of how the energy moves through your body,
Watching your breath flow in and out.
From your space of calm,
Call to mind what you are grateful for.
It does not have to be big.
Maybe it's the coffee awaiting you,
Or the time you have for a bit of calm before your day.
Allow your heart to fill with the joy of what you are grateful for.
Now,
Call in your spirit guides or your higher source.
Ask what you need to know for today.
Allow the answer to flow in and just sit with it.
You may receive multiple pieces of information.
Simply allow everything to flow in.
Now,
Allow yourself one final peaceful breath this morning,
Taking a deep breath in and exhale.
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the room.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes and become fully alert.
Now,
Take the information that you have gathered and begin your day.
