Relaxation Routine For A Good Nights Sleep With Reiki Energy

In this meditation, I give you a process to help you sleep. It uses journaling, visualization and a body scan to help your mind calm down. We start with a series of journal prompts to help you clear the mind chatter that starts the second you put your head on the pillow. Then we visualize our spiritual team taking those thoughts away. Finally, we use a body scan to allow us to calm. It ends with 10 minutes of quiet music to help us drift off to sleep. Additionally, it is infused with Reiki Healing.

We all know that sleep is highly important for our physical health.

But what many overlook is that sleep is also important to our emotional and mental well-being.

Sleep heals the body,

But it also allows us the time and space to integrate what we've learned from our subconscious,

To access our subconscious with information we did not know.

And as we grow and evolve,

Tap into otherworldly sources,

Information from our guides,

Information from past lives.

Sleep is powerful.

Yet in our modern society,

We all struggle with sleep,

Shutting our minds down,

Turning off what no longer serves us in our search for sleep.

In this meditation,

I am going to guide you through a multi-step process to prepare ourselves for sleep.

Sleep isn't something that happens instantaneously when we have been on the go 100 miles an hour.

We have to prepare our mind and our body in order to enter a productive state of sleep.

We will begin with some powerful journal prompts that you can ask yourself with the goal of releasing what you accumulated during the day,

Releasing worries,

And moving into a state where you can actually calm your mind and prepare for relaxation.

In the second step,

We will walk through some visualizations on releasing what we journaled,

Plus calming our bodies.

This entire meditation is infused with Reiki energy.

Reiki energy is an ancient healing art that will allow all of your worries,

Emotional baggage,

And fears to be dissipated.

It flows freely through time and space,

So it does not matter when you listen to this.

You are receiving the Reiki energy.

So to begin,

I want you to get yourself in a comfortable seated position for the first portion.

Grab a pen and paper.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in and exhaling.

Taking a deep breath in and exhale.

We want to focus on our exhale being longer than our inhale.

This will move our body into the parasympathetic nervous system,

Which is where we find calm.

So take a deep breath in and exhale.

Take a deep breath in and exhale all the stress and worry from today,

Leaving it all behind.

Allowing yourself the permission to find calm so that you can rest.

If you've closed your eyes,

Slowly open them and begin to write down what you need to do tomorrow,

This coming week,

This month.

Any to-do item that pops into your mind,

Write it down.

As you close your eyes,

You notice in the sky around you an incoming hot air balloon.

It is slowly descending closer and closer to you.

Notice the colors on it.

Notice if anyone is in it.

It's coming closer and closer.

It finally sets itself on the ground right by you.

From this hot air balloon,

Your angel spirit guides appear.

Asking you to place everything that you have written down into the balloon.

All your worries,

Fears,

To-do items.

Put them all in this hot air balloon.

When the final one is placed in the balloon,

Thank your spirit team for taking care of them while you rest.

Watch them climb back into the balloon and begin to take off.

They will watch over everything you have put in there while you rest.

It can return to you tomorrow if you choose to have it return.

But for right now,

Everything that you are concerned about is being taken care of.

Watch it float away.

Watch it disappear into the clouds.

Now slowly turn your attention to your body.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Imagine a clean,

Healing white light energy coming up from Mother Earth.

It enters the soles of your feet.

Radiating through your feet to clear out any toxic energy,

Any negative emotions,

Any pain.

It works its way through your muscles,

Your bones,

Your ligaments,

Cleansing and healing every part of your foot.

As it is finished with your feet,

This energy moves into your ankles,

Doing the same thing.

Cleansing and clearing everything out that no longer serves you.

Relaxing each body part as it goes.

Allow that energy to move to your right calf.

Your right thigh.

Healing all parts of your right leg.

Allow the energy to move to your left calf.

Your left thigh.

Healing all parts of your left leg.

Allowing this white light energy to heal and cleanse you.

Allow that energy to move into your pelvis.

Clearing and cleansing and relaxing.

Allowing it to move into your stomach.

Providing calming and clearing energy.

Moving up to your chest.

Mending any broken pieces of your heart that need attention.

Allowing you to return to wholeness for your sleep.

Allowing that white light energy to move up and down your back.

Cleansing and clearing.

Relaxing.

Allow it to move into your shoulders.

Releasing any tension.

Exhaling it out.

Allowing the energy to move down your right arm all the way to your fingertips.

Allowing it to move to your left arm.

All the way down to your left fingertips.

With each body part that this healing light touches,

It relaxes it,

Calms the muscles,

Puts you into a state of deep relaxation.

Allow the energy to move to your neck and up into your head.

If there is any body part that still needs more relaxation and healing,

Allow the energy to go there now.

Relaxing music.

Relaxing music.

Finally releasing all that energy with all the toxicness up into the universe.

Where it will be cleansed and returned back to earth.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale.

Allow yourself now to drift off into sleep.

You are safe.

Your body is safe.

Your mind is safe.

Allow rest to come in.

Relaxing music.
