Let's begin this meditation by getting into a comfortable position.
And beginning with a series of relaxing breaths,
Taking a deep breath in and exhale,
Taking a deep breath in and exhale.
Take another deep breath in and exhale.
I'd like you to take a moment to call to mind an intention that you have for this practice.
Is there a specific area of your body where you would like the Reiki to flow to?
Is there a specific issue you want it to flow to?
Set the intention that is right for you.
Imagine yourself stepping into a wide open field.
Notice the flowers,
The grass,
Trees,
Anything else that you see in this field.
Slowly begin to walk so you can notice even more.
As you are walking,
You notice a white light in the distance.
Begin to move towards it.
As you start to get closer,
You find a blanket.
Lay down on that blanket.
As you lay down on this blanket,
You notice that the white light that is right next to you is sending out healing energy.
Sit and enjoy this energy flowing towards you.
Feel it enter the soles of your feet.
Move up to your ankles.
Into your calves.
Up through the top portion of your leg.
Into your pelvis area.
Allow it to make its way up into your stomach and lower back.
Up into your chest and your back.
Down your right arm.
Down your left arm.
Allow this white healing energy to move up into your neck.
And shoulders.
And finally up into your head.
Now allow this healing energy to flow anywhere in your body that needs extra healing.
Now allow this healing energy to flow anywhere in your body that needs extra healing.
Now release that energy up and out your head.
Bring your attention back to the field around you.
Notice the colors.
Breathe in the smells.
Slowly start to walk back to the entrance of the field.
Allowing the healing energy to follow you and remain with you.
As you get to the edge of the field,
Begin to slowly bring your presence back to the room that you're in.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Open your eyes when you're ready.
If you need extra time to just relax and allow that energy to integrate,
Take a moment now to just remain where you are.
Be gentle with yourself today and listen to your body.
