As empaths, we need not only to protect ourselves from others' energy. But we need to clear it too. In fact, without clearing it, any protection is not as good. As you are trapping the emotions and energy of others in your aura. This meditation ensures you are cleared, then protected. Starts with chakra balancing. Then moves on to energy removal and cord-cutting. We end with adding protective barriers and resting in calm with Reiki healing energy.
