This guided meditation will help you ground,
Release what is not yours,
And strengthen your protective barriers.
We will also work on cord cutting and energy retrieval with one specific person.
You can do this specific part over for more than one person,
Or if no one is needed to do extra work on,
Focus on relaxing and absorbing the reiki energy that is infused in this meditation.
The ending is music only so that you can drift off to sleep if you like.
Get into a comfortable position.
Allow your body and mind to relax completely.
As you breathe in,
Feel the nourishing air support your body.
As you exhale,
Feel your body melt into the surface below you.
Allow yourself to release and let go.
Imagine a white light coming down from the sky and entering the top of your head.
This light is healing energy that will help you open and cleanse your chakras.
As it enters your head,
Imagine your crown chakra opening and clearing.
Allow it to be healed and cleansed.
The energy moves down to your third eye chakra,
Right between your eyes.
The energy moves down to your third eye chakra,
Right between your eyes,
Allow this energy to open the chakra and heal your third eye.
The energy moves to your throat chakra,
Allowing it to open and heal your throat.
The energy moves to your heart chakra,
Allowing it to open and heal your heart.
The energy moves to your solar plexus,
Right above your navel.
Allow it to open and heal your solar plexus.
The energy moves to your sacral chakra,
Right below your navel.
Allow it to open and heal your sacral chakra.
The healing energy moves to your root chakra,
At the base of your spine.
Allow it to open and heal your root.
Allow the energy to move through your legs and feet,
Allowing it to heal and clear anything that is not serving you.
The energy flows out of your feet and into Mother Earth for cleansing.
A small ball of light appears in front of you.
Notice the color.
Now imagine the ball pulling out all the energy that is not yours from your body.
As you do this,
The ball gets bigger,
Absorbing all of the excess energy.
Release the ball to the universe.
Allow it to float away from you.
Call in your spirit guides to assist you.
Ask them to gather your energy that others have taken from you.
Now imagine it passing through a light of pure love,
Cleansing it of anything negative that may be on it.
Then allow it to re-enter your body at the place that feels right to you.
Now ask your spirit guides to show you one person that you need to do a deeper energy cleaning with.
Look for any excess energy of theirs still in your body.
Return this ball to the sky for the universe to cleanse and clear.
Now call back your energy that is still with this person,
Allowing it to be cleansed before becoming yours again.
Imagine a beam of light connecting the two of you.
This light is holding all of their expectations,
Beliefs,
And projections that they hold for you.
Begin to pull the beam back to you like a drawbridge rising up.
As it moves up,
Release all the reference points that you have with them.
All the expectations,
Requirements,
And assumptions that this relationship has created.
Leaving behind what they want from you,
Allowing what you need and want for yourself to be the priority.
Now you can clearly see the energy cords that you have connected to them.
Slowly begin to see these cords dissolve away.
This can be permanent or so that you can re-establish healthier connection points later.
Take a moment to feel the clean energy.
Allow it to relax you even further.
Begin to draw around yourself a protective white light in the shape of an egg.
Keeping all of your clean energy in your aura and blocking others energy from getting in.
Only good energy can come through.
Around your white light,
Place a layer of mirrors reflecting away from you.
These mirrors will block and return any negative energy that is sent your way.
You are now cleansed and protected from other people's energy.
Rest in this clean protected state.
Do not rush yourself.
