Hello,

This is davidji and welcome to today's anxiety eraser.

Just get comfortable,

Settle in a little bit,

Close your eyes and take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently let that go.

Let's do that again,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently release it and drift your attention right now to your breathing.

Let's slow our breathing just a little bit.

Do that by breathing through our nose,

Taking long,

Slow,

Silent,

Deep breaths in.

Feel them go down deep into your belly,

Then watch them as you release it.

Again,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and slowly let it go.

Notice that your heart is calming just a bit.

Notice that your body is relaxing just a bit.

Notice that your mind is slowing just a bit.

Just allow the slowdown to occur.

Allow the swirl to slow.

Surrender to these few moments.

And now again,

Let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently release that.

And let's do that one more time,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Release that anxiety right now.

And now just float with me,

Float.

Notice your heartbeat is slowing.

Your thoughts are slowing.

Your anxiety is drifting away.

You're coming back to your center.

Your groundedness.

Your core.

Your brilliance.

Your magnificence.

Your strength.

Your courage.

And your tranquility.

Now let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And let's sigh as we exhale.

Don't be afraid.

One more time,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And let's sigh that out.

One more time,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And let it go.

Feel a smile start to grow on your lips.

Feel your steadiness return.

Give yourself permission right now to step into your best version.

And when it feels comfortable,

Ever so gently open your eyes,

Look around,

And allow yourself to gently merge back in to your sacred space.

Played this while on a brisk walk outside around the neighborhood at 9am today - trying to release my anxiety. When you started to say don’t be shy about the breathing and really sigh it out, I kind of laughed to myself because I didn’t realize I was trying to hide what I was doing. This is about me and my progress. Screw the thoughts of what others might think what I am doing is silly, I need to prioritize me now. So thank you for your beautiful recording.
