Lesson 1
Your Blueprint For Transformation
Modern astronomy now confirms that the same ingredients that make up the galaxy are actually the same ones rippling through our bodies. We are stardust! In today's lesson, we come to learn that we are not in the universe, but the universe is in us, allowing us to begin to make better decisions, heal our relationships, and move us forwards towards our best self.

Lesson 2
Cultivating Perfection Of Mind
New beginnings are possible if we give ourselves permission to gently, lovingly, openly, and tenderly peel away the layers of our bodies, minds, and Souls to reveal that sweet, pure perfection that is at the center of our being. Your journey of Rebirth starts with fully embracing the Divine Principle of Rebirth as a Universal law, before connecting to the true source of it within yourself. Today we use the mantra 'om ah hum'.

Lesson 3
Mastering The Present-Moment Experience
Today, we will work towards mastering the present-moment experience. Every present-moment experience contains a six-stage evolution: settling, witnessing, drifting, judging, surrendering, and stillness. The key to cultivating a regular and consistent practice of presence in your life is your ability to fully accept and understand that this is exactly what the experience is supposed to be.

Lesson 4
Quiet Continuous Breathing (Yogastha Kuru Karmani)
Yogastha Kuru Karmani: establish yourself in the present moment and then perform action. Yes, the guru is inside. Deep inside. Housed by this flesh casing we call a body and trapped for a lifetime within the constrictions of our five senses. In today's lesson, we will learn to peel away those layers, going deep inside, and deeper still - to our very core. Here, our essence is pure, vast, unbounded consciousness. Infinite. Today, we practice Quiet Continuous Breathing; slowly breathing in as quietly as you can and then slowly breathing out with the same silence. Make believe you are trying to create the quietest process you know how. Do this for just a few minutes and you will feel your body and mind slow down to a place of profound calm.

Lesson 5
The Power Of Your Breath
In Sanskrit, pranayam is awareness and integration of the rhythms, seasons, and cycles of our life where we awaken our awareness to prana, or vital energy, through breathing exercises. When we practice pranayam we are essentially bringing all the energy of the universe through us. This process is meant to be gentle, but it does require one extra breath, so if at any point you feel light-headed, it’s ok to slow down.

Lesson 6
Mastering Your Stress Response
Each day we experience both small and large disappointments when our expectations are not met. Whenever your needs aren’t met, you have the potential to respond in many ways. When you respond reflexively instead of reflectively—or automatically fighting or fleeing instead of choosing a more intuitive response—you lower yourself to your most primitive state such as the fight-or-flight response. Today, we dive deep into a body scan increasing our awareness of how we respond when we are faced with stress, and instead of allowing our flight-fight response to take over, we decide the trajectory of our actions.

Lesson 7
The Sacred Vibration
Today, we explore a technique called mantra meditation. When we meditate on a mantra, we place our attention not on our breath, but on a word or phrase. In Sanskrit, that word or phrase is called a mantra, which comes from two Sanskrit words: man = mind and tra = vehicle. So a mantra is essentially a mind vehicle. No matter where our mind drifts, as long as we have an object of our attention (such as our breath or a mantra), we will stay present. In this lesson we will use the mantra 'so haam'.

Lesson 8
Quieting The Mind
Today, we wrap up wave one of connecting to the present moment and move into the second wave; opening our heart. The physical, emotional, and spiritual value of meditation has been well documented for thousands of years. It may be referred to as deep reflection, being present, contemplation, prayer, meditation, or simply relaxing, but it’s all the same thing—disconnecting from the activity in our moment-to-moment life and drifting to the space between our thoughts. The sage Patanjali defines meditation in four Sanskrit words: yoga chitta vritti narodha, which means “one-ness is the progressive quieting of the fluctuations of the mind.” The quieting impact that this simple practice has on your bodymind will begin to be expressed in each choice you make. Your thoughts, selections, decisions, and daily actions become more conscious, leading to more intuitively conscious behaviors.

Lesson 9
Soul Awakening
The stillness and silence of our Soul is the most tranquil place we could ever spend our time. It rests deep within and is the land of serenity, beyond space and time, beyond thoughts and physical sensations, beyond fears of the future and memories of the past. It is pure, whole, and perfect—uncorrupted by pain, sadness, and regret. Remember that we are holy and sacred, that even though we are flesh-bound, earth-bound, flawed, and mortal, we have been birthed from something so magnificent, glorious, and powerful that it defies words. We can begin your Soul awakening right now with today’s Soul Awakening Meditation.

Lesson 10
Flowing Metta
Today, we will be guided through the blissful "Awakened Heart Meditation," using our heart as a starting point for gradually radiating loving-kindness outward into the world; and then expanding our circle of loving-kindness. This practice invites you to use your breath as a vehicle to channel unconditional loving-kindness (known in Sanskrit as metta), to heal your heart and subsequently heal the hearts of others.

Lesson 11
Awakening Acceptance
Acceptance is a beautiful teaching with many different levels. It is the root and the foundation of many wisdom traditions including Buddhist compassion teachings, the ancient Hindu Law of Least Effort, and Christ Consciousness. Regardless of your orientation to these belief systems, you can find powerful, personal evolution by awakening the Sacred Power of Acceptance in your life. We can instantly shift every aspect of our being by awakening these three core levels of acceptance.

Lesson 12
The Sacred Gifts
The Sacred Power of Your Ripple is fueled by four basic needs that are in constant dynamic exchange as we move through our lives – attention, affection, appreciation, and acceptance. Every day, we consciously and unconsciously flow these ripples out into the world and receive them back in an infinite give-and-take that determines how we feel about ourselves, how others feel about us, how we interact with the world around us, and how it interacts with us. These four ripples of the heart set the tone for every encounter you will ever experience – with yourself, others, and the environment.

Lesson 13
Forgiveness & Permission
We all have parts of us that need deep healing. Today, we will focus on forgiveness and permission. There may be wounds, trauma and painful memories attached to a part of us begging to be let go. At a cellular level, every atom in your body is aware of the disturbance and suffering you have gone through and is secretly rooting for you to release it. These damaged parts can flare up in an instant by having the right hot button pushed or tender spot being touched. Before you let go, you must loosen your grip. This is most easily done when we give ourselves permission to move through the following four steps that will be explored in today’s lesson.

Lesson 14
Power Of Ho'oponopono
Timeless wisdom teaches that the source of all kindness is self-kindness; the source of all compassion is self-compassion; the source of all forgiveness is self-forgiveness; and the source of all love is self-love. Forgiveness can be one of the more difficult acts of letting go, so in today’s lesson we learn the ancient Hawaiian process of Ho'oponopono to help guide us toward true healing and true wholeness.

Lesson 15
Flowing Into Emotional Freedom
Today marks the halfway point of our journey together. Congratulations! In this lesson we will surrender to a healing track from my album 'Journey to Infinity'. The title of this track, “Moksha,” is about emotional freedom. In the ancient language of Sanskrit, Moksha means liberation. This song will be accompanied by a guided meditation that will touch the tenderness of your heart and allow you to release any emotional pain that you’ve been suppressing or holding on to. This is the perfect meditation to gently flow into our next lesson.

Lesson 16
Moksha
Moksha (pronounced moke-sha), is a concept that was first discussed 2500 years ago in the ancient Vedic text 'Katha Upanishad,' where it referred to one’s emancipation from the ongoing cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. However, for thousands of years, it was also defined as our perfect state of being, a pure liberation, where we are fully released from our ego and all the emotional constrictions that weigh so heavily on us. I define Moksha in the real world sense; being totally free from the past. Moksha is a powerful mantra you can silently whisper to yourself during your meditation; repeat it out loud while you are commuting to work; or simply use it as a pattern interruption whenever you find yourself slipping into an old, constricted pattern, or a non-nourishing behavior.

Lesson 17
Mastering The Art of Intention
We’ve spent time exploring the concept of attention and reminding ourselves that whatever we place our attention on will grow and blossom and bloom; and whatever we drift away from will wither and diminish and die. In today’s lesson we dive into the power of intention. Intention is a transformational law of nature; it’s the seed that already holds within it, the fulfillment of your dream. It is the unfolding of your vision waiting to be birthed.

Lesson 18
The Five Realms Of Existence
The Five Realms of Existence is a personal self-transformation tool I developed to help bring clarity to the often overwhelming process of looking at our life and its millions of moving parts. When we look at our life through the lens of the Five Realms, it allows us to move back and forth from the big picture to the more granular aspects, irritants, and blockages of our existence. It brings us single-pointed intention so we can look at our life under the microscope and make tiny, incremental shifts that have huge impact. And, by limiting it to only five lenses, clarity naturally flows to all of our answers.

Lesson 19
Astral Journey
Part of our journey toward rejuvenation is loosening our grip — just a little — so we can see the universe, and our connection to it, with fresh eyes and awakened perspectives. In today’s lesson we wipe the slate clean, peel away our skins of belief, continue to die to the past, let go of every label and judgement, and release every aspect of our identity to take the next step toward true Rebirth.

Lesson 20
Energy Exchange
We have the ability to become a conduit of divine energy - whatever energy we desire. Tonglen is the ancient Buddhist practice of giving and receiving - or energy exchange. When we are calm, relaxed, aware, and unconditioned, that is our energetic expression. Meditation, conscious communication, forgiveness, (self) compassion, and empathy are important tools to help us flow the best energy that comes into us. Today, we make the commitment to be a conduit of love and transform whatever energy we receive into loving energy. Remember the power of your ripple.

Lesson 21
Owning Your Impact
At our core rests the stillness and silence that connects us to the divine. This inherent wisdom should allow us to own our impact in every moment. But, sometimes we get confused and overwhelmed because we don’t recognize our divinity. In today’s lesson we explore how owning our impact is an empowering, liberating, and inspiring way to add self-awareness into our daily equations. Facing your life head-on and acknowledging all of the amazing things that your ripple sends out, creates a keen sense of validation to our choices and contributions to the world.

Lesson 22
Fire Of Transformation
The Divine Principle of Inner Fire is one of ingestion, digestion, and expression. The Universe flows into us, we chew on it a bit, we absorb what serves us, we let go of what doesn’t, and then we flow what remains back out. Every moment is one of dynamic exchange. In today's lesson, we explore an ancient Indian concept known as agni, the Sanskrit word for digestive fire, and how it affects our relationships with others.

Lesson 25
Nourishment Or Distraction?
As it burns through the haze, powering past all the shiny objects around it that would hijack your attention, passion asks the question in every moment, “Nourishment or distraction?” It keeps you grounded and on track. It keeps you leaning in the direction of your desire. Passion stands unwavering at the finish line, cheering for you to put one foot in front of the other, stay on course, and let your momentum carry you. And it doesn’t let up until you tell it to, which is why keeping the fire burning is so critical to the fulfillment of your goals.

Lesson 27
With Our Thoughts We Make The World
Join me in today’s lesson in making a personal commitment to carry the essence of purity through each day – steady, calm, & peaceful. We are what we think because with our thoughts we create our world; therefore, speak or act with a pure mind and happiness will follow. Our thoughts are the divine expressions of the Universe, but it is only once the Universe flows into us that we are able to become pure. You have total control over your actions, yet you have no control of what will come from those actions. Through meditation you can access the purity and wholeness that lies within you. Once you understand that you are a translator of the universe in every moment, you can begin to experience happiness.

Lesson 28
Awakening Passion
Comfort leads to confidence, which leads to courage, which then leads to action, which is the starting point for transformation. When we are comfortable with who we believe we are, we walk through the world effortlessly. This allows us to show up, test the waters, dip our toe in, and begin the process of wading into the shallow end. In the past, when you have faltered at this critical moment, it is because you began second-guessing yourself. You allowed your self-confidence to be challenged because your inner fire had flickered a little bit. You stopped trusting in the Divine Principle that had stoked your passion. The reality is that momentum ebbs and flows. In today’s lesson we explore the defining moment where the Sacred Power of Passion whispers three transformational questions that have the potential to shift your life forever.
