This short guided meditation to raise your vibration will balance your energy by using a technique called grounding. Grounding, also known as earthing, is the practice of connecting your body to the earth's natural electrical charge. Think of your body as a device that runs on a battery and the earth as your ultimate charger. Grounding benefits your body and mind with things like: - Stress & anxiety: A great way to get you out of your head. - Sleep: Helps improve the quality and length of your sleep and helps keep sleep disturbances to a minimum. - Chronic pain: Connecting with the energy of the earth helps reduce inflammation and even chronic pain. - Blood pressure: Grounding helps lower blood pressure levels and increase your cardiovascular health. - Inner healing: Your body has a built-in defense system against diseases, and spending time grounding in nature keeps everything running smoothly.
