The beauty you see in anything is a reflection of the beauty within you.
And you are somebody to love.

I invite you to close down your eyes and to just be here.
To pause and to let your body and mind begin to settle by taking a slow breath in and exhale as you let the breath go.
Inhaling compassion into your soul,
Rooting you deeper and deeper into this moment.
And exhale as you feel as if you have roots growing deeper and stronger beneath you.
Begin to feel your heart rate slow.
Feel a floor or chair beneath you and just take your hands and press gently.
Feeling the way the surface below you pushes back the harder that you do.
Feeling the resistance you are creating within your reality.
And allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
As you listen to this message that somehow found its way to you today.
You always have a choice.
To remain as you are in the place that you are.
Or to grow.
To evolve.
The way you choose to see the world will create the world you begin to see.
Each and every day is an opportunity to choose how you are going to see it.
You can change your mind.
You can reinvent yourself as often as you need.
You can do what you think you cannot do.
Every day you can choose to be somebody you love.
You are the only thing you can control in life.
And once you live by that,
Your life will begin to change.
So I ask you here to trust your inner wisdom and your intuition.
There is an inner knowing inside each and every one of us that is here to give clarity.
To guide you.
So take a moment here to just connect with that guide.
And I want you to ask yourself a question.
Is there anywhere in my life my heart is desiring change?
And just see what comes through for you here,
With no judgment.
The universe will never give you peace in something you are never meant to settle in.
So take a deep breath in.
And just focus on how good it feels to trust the process of your path,
Your heart's evolution,
And your growth.
Because whatever we choose to focus on expands.
And when you feel ready,
Take a final deep breath in.
And on the exhale,
Open your eyes and come back to the room around you.
I want to take a final moment here to tell you how proud of you I am.
For dedicating part of your life to the betterment of your mental health.
For being somebody to love.
