Welcome to this meditation practice.

Take a comfortable seat or lie down.

Allow your spine to rise naturally,

Your shoulders to soften,

Your breath to become smooth and unforced.

As you breathe in,

Notice the quiet strength in your body.

As you breathe out,

Release any urgency from your day.

There is nowhere else you need to be right now.

Bring your attention to this moment,

The space around you,

The support beneath you,

The steady rhythm of your breath,

Faithful and constant.

Gratitude begins with awareness.

Notice what is already present and working in your life,

Even in subtle ways.

A moment of calm,

A kind gesture remembered.

The simple fact that you are here,

Breathing,

Capable of choosing how you meet this day.

Allow appreciation to settle gently in your chest.

No effort required.

Gratitude grows quietly with grace.

Now,

Bring to mind one thing that you are thankful for today.

It may be small or it may be significant.

Hold it with care,

Without judgment,

Allowing its value to be fully felt.

Silently repeat our first affirmation.

I welcome gratitude into my life with calm and confidence.

Let that sense of appreciation widen,

Extend it to your body,

Your work,

Your relationships and the lessons that you are learning.

Each experience shapes you with purpose.

Now,

Silently repeat the second affirmation.

I recognize the good that surrounds me and allow it to strengthen me.

Take a slow breath in and a long breath out.

Feel grounded,

Composed and steady.

Silently repeat our third and final affirmation now.

I move through my day with grace,

Clarity and quiet strength.

As you prepare to continue your day,

Carry this gratitude with you.

Let it guide your actions,

Soften your thoughts and support your sense of self.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Move forward with intention.
