I'm your soul connection coach and I'm honored to be guiding you through a beautiful visualization today so that you can feel the level of energy that you have in your body.
Notice where you might be experiencing energy leaks and also expanding into a vision of you with more energy.
Find a comfortable seated position and align your spine in a way that feels supportive and tall.
Relax your forehead,
Make space between the eyebrows,
Relax the jaw,
Relax the jaw a little bit more,
And relax the tongue.
Close the eyes and draw your awareness down to the throat,
Imagining a wide free blue sky.
Lower your awareness to the chest,
Widen the collarbones,
Lifting the chest just a little bit to feel open and receptive.
Lower the shoulders,
The elbows by your side,
And the palms face down or up on the thighs.
Relax the belly,
No need to tuck it in,
And relax any tension or tightness in the legs.
Let's begin by bringing our awareness to the breath.
The oxygen comes in through the nose and the carbon dioxide moves out through the nose,
Following the movement of the in and out.
And noticing if the thoughts in the mind are trying to take over.
And just be aware without judgment and come back to the breath.
Focusing more and more on the exhale,
So to align with a calm and grounded energy.
From this place of calmness,
Of connection,
Imagine that you are a bird or a duck,
And the bird right now that you see is you chilling on the water.
It's a kind bird,
Kind,
Gentle bird sitting on the water.
The legs of the bird are moving very slowly,
The energy of the bird isn't so high.
Notice how you are feeling in the body.
Scan the body for any tightness or tension associated to you being a kind bird on the water without much energy to move around.
Sometimes we can find pressure at the temples or constriction at the throat,
Or like a dagger in the upper back,
Or feeling of being sick or nausea at the stomach.
Notice one sensation and be with that.
Now in the visualization,
Notice the bird is opening its wings a little bit,
But it doesn't have a lot of energy to rise up above the water and soar right now.
What are the colors of the wings of the bird?
What are the colors that your intuition is seeing as your colors associated to how you are feeling right now?
Now in the visualization,
The bird is trying to lift its wings,
But it feels kind of defeated because it's not able to get out of the water just yet.
Notice how this feels in the body.
And to not let the mind go into creating stories that would just make the sensation worse,
Focus on your exhale and keep an eye on the sensation.
Take a big breath in through the nose.
Open the mouth,
Exhale.
Taking the experience of the bird and mirroring it into your own life right now.
What are you experiencing that seems to be draining your energy?
What are you experiencing in your life right now that seems to be draining your energy?
Like a pop of a popcorn,
Let your intuition speak to you,
Focusing on your exhale.
Whether you got an information from your higher self,
From your intuition or not,
It's okay.
Take a big breath in through the nose.
Open the mouth,
Exhale.
Beautiful.
Continuing the visualization,
The bird is finding food on the water.
So it finds inner strength to go about swimming with its legs and gets to the food.
And gulp catches exactly what it needed.
Back into your body and notice how that feels to be nourished right now.
Focusing on your exhale.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Open the mouth.
Moving on,
Mirroring this into your own life.
Listen to a pop of information from your inner intuition,
From your higher self,
From your heart.
What do you need to feel nourished right now?
What do you need in your life to feel nourished right now?
Try not to let the fear take over,
Try not to let stories be created in the mind and focus on your exhale to let your heart speak.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Great.
Now the bird feels nourished,
You feel nourished.
The bird found a little bit more energy,
You feel a little bit more energized that your wings start to open up a little bit more.
What are the colors of the wings now that you can see more of the feathers?
And how does it make you feel to see those beautiful colors on your own feathers?
Beautiful.
Now notice in your body if energy has shifted.
Notice if the tensions and the stuckness that you felt at the beginning are still present within.
This is not to judge or to create expectations but simply to notice.
Okay.
Now the bird sees that the sky is becoming more blue,
There's less clouds just like in our human life we could see this as less thoughts,
Less stories,
Less worry.
It's like if the bird was seeing more opportunity to feel better,
To have more energy.
Notice how you feel in the body.
Pick one sensation and focus on your exhale.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Mirroring this in your own life.

Breathe in.
Open the mouth,
Exhale.
Now that the sky is super sunny,
The environment around just feels so much more upbeat,
Upvibing.
You feel more welcomed,
You feel like you have more energy so your wings start to open up,
Your legs start to go faster and faster under the water so much so that you gain momentum and you rise out of the water.
Notice the colors of the feathers and notice how it feels to finally be free from what was weighing you down,
From what was keeping you in the water.
Feel that in your body now.
Find a smile on your face and a smile on your heart.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Next inhale slowly raise your arms up alongside the body.
Like if you were raising,
Opening your wings.
Now bring the backs of the hands to touch above your head if that's accessible to you and on the exhale slowly close those wings.
One more time.
Inhale,
Open the arms by your side,
Visualize,
Imagine the beautiful feathers and all the colors.
And exhale letting go of whatever was anchoring you down.
One more time inhale both arms,
Raise up you feel free you feel open,
You feel like your energy is filled up.
And exhale,
Lower the arms by your side.
Feel how beautiful,
Very gently bring the palms together.
Thanking yourself for your openness in being creative,
In seeing the possibilities that are open to you.
Thank your intuition for showing you,
Informing you with what you needed to know right now.
When you're ready,
Open the eyes.
