We all have environments that affect our energy types.
There are six environments in the human design system.
And as a human design coach,
I love sharing the environments.
It's simply a place you go,
Either in real life or in your mind's eye,
To align.
It's a place to be your true self,
To center,
To release,
And to fully align with what's right for you.
Welcome to Breathe With Me,
Kaylin Brie.
I'm Kaylin,
And I'll be breathing with you today.
So let's go to the shore now.
We will breathe,
Allow ourselves to flow with the water,
And open and expand.
We will return to water,
The source of all life.
So sit back,
Open your mind's eye to visualize and state,
I am open to receive.
Let's begin.
Deep breath in all the way to the top and just hold.
Deep breath out,
Releasing,
Slow,
Steady.
Another one.
Deep breath in and all the way out.
One more.
Deepest breath you'll take today.
Centering,
Aligning,
And all the way out,
Releasing it all.
And on our next breath,
Arrive at the shoreline.
Before you,
You see a beautiful ocean expanding as far as your eye can see.
The bright blues dance on the sunlight,
Diamonds on the water.
The sky is bright with energy,
Floating clouds,
Passing birds,
The smell of salt.
Your feet are bare in the sand,
Warm.
And as you walk,
You feel your breath sink into this feeling of serenity,
Bliss,
And the water lapse at your feet,
In and out,
In and out.
Breathe into this moment,
The moment where you set aside your to-do list and let the water take you away.
Deep breath into this moment of true surrender,
Letting the flow call us to what is truly important,
Presence.
And as you walk,
You feel yourself relax,
One with nature,
Breathing with the sea.
We center ourselves under the sun,
Free from expectations of today,
Tomorrow,
And allow ourselves to just be here along the shore,
Complete freedom.
And as we breathe,
Our toes are one with the sand,
Carrying us along the shoreline with ease and grace,
Reminding us that it doesn't have to be hard.
Life doesn't flow against us,
It flows with us,
And we are here to ride the waves.
And there before you,
You see a beautiful wave crash and the water splashes at your legs as you feel the water heal you and you breathe into this feeling of pure joy.
Stay here in this moment and breathe in the magic of the shore,
For it has always been here in your mind,
Waiting.
And before you turn to go,
Open your eyes and look around at the shoreline built in your mind,
Who's there with you,
Sharing this moment.
Send out love and gratitude to whom you share this walk with.
Whenever you're feeling restless,
Come back to this meditation and breathe with the flow of the shoreline.
Know that you can always find your flow with the water,
You just have to remember to surrender to it all.
