And I'll be breathing with you today.
Get comfortable,
Straight back,
We're going to start with a few deep breaths,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Breathing into our belly.
Close your eyes,
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out,
Drop into your body,
Check in,
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
Good morning body,
Thank you for being with me on this journey.
It's been a long road,
And you've carried me through.
Thank you for being a part of me,
Showing me things I needed to see when my head got in the way.
Thank you body for being my home.
You are wholly and completely beautiful,
Inside and out.
Thank you for welcoming me back when I was weak,
Broken,
And hurting.
Thank you for sending me messages of resilience,
Strength,
And love.
You loved me even when I did not.
Thank you body for your courage,
You've braved dark paths and endured long roads.
Thank you for connecting me to what I know to be my truth.
I am love.
We are love.
And together we will persevere.
Thank you for keeping score,
And for showing me what paths not to take.
Thank you body for the messages that I hide from myself.
You are wise,
This I know.
Thank you for your innate intelligence,
Always sharing with me what no longer serves me.
So today,
And all the days we spend together,
I will,
I do love and respect you.
I will look at us in the mirror and forgive my past loathing.
I will drop all the flaws to the floor and just revel in the pure magic that is before us.
Together,
We are unstoppable.
For this body,
I thank you.

I am the strongest me yet.
My body is resilient.
My cells are always healing.
