Get comfortable,
Straight back.
We're going to start with a few deep breaths.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Breathing into your belly.
Let's take a deep breath into our heart center,
Focusing our intention there.
If it helps,
Place a hand over your heart.
Deep breath in to this space and deep breath out.
What's your heart saying to you today?
Another deep breath in and out.
Let's set an intention to just simply tune in to our heart.
It is calling.
One more deep breath in and all the way out.
Just breathe with me and tune in.
Hello heart.
My beautiful beating heart.
So pure,
So strong.
Thank you heart for all that you do for me.
There was once a time I didn't notice you and you beat anyway.
There was once a time I ignored you and you continued on.
For that I am grateful.
Let's breathe into the connection to our heart now.
What do you need today heart?
I hear you.
I feel you.
I understand you.
I have not forgotten how strong you are.
I have not forgotten how many times you've been broken.
I am here,
Heart.
Let's breathe into the question.
Have you felt whole lately heart?
Have you felt cared for?
Have I taken enough time to sit with you?
To listen to you?
Today I am here.
Now I am always here.
Even when I am lost.
Let's breathe into these answers from the heart.
They are here.
The answers are free.
The heart wants what the heart wants after all.
And often it does not get it.
So today we give it our all.
I give you my all.
Heart.
Let's breathe into forgiveness.
What needs forgiving heart?
Do we need forgiving?
Perhaps there are many things that need a moment.
Space to breathe.
Let's hold space for the hurt.
Let it in.
Let it be.
Let it pass.
Oh heart,
You hold a lot.
And for that I am grateful.
Let's breathe into compassion for ourself.
Are you suffering heart?
Are you waiting for relief?
It's here.
I'm here.
You can calm your sorrow.
We are in this together dear heart.
You are not alone.
Let's breathe into harmony for our heart.
Placing both hands on our heart center and feeling the connection.
And as we end this session let's ground these feelings with three lasting breaths.
