So just find your seat and maybe take one or two slow,

Deep breaths and then gently exhale and allow the breath to then just resort to its natural rhythm.

Let the hands be comfortable.

And then considering the idea of being mindful,

Just try to find what's true for you in this moment.

Just whatever arises,

There are no wrong answers.

We're not trying to investigate what is true in this present moment.

What is true in the mind in this present moment?

What is true in the body in this present moment?

What is true about your sound experience?

What do you hear?

Mindful of sound.

Mindful of sight.

Even with the eyes closed,

Light can still penetrate.

What is present?

Are you there?

What is true?

And last,

What is true?

In any direction.

You just pay attention without looking for a particular angle.

What arises?

What are you mindful of?
